Bachelor thesis is in theoretical part focused on legal forms of business and its specifics. Further, the thesis contains basic terms related to taxation of an individual and juridical person including methods of calculating tax base and tax liability, needed for the practical part. The practical part includes a description of a natural person and possible variants of optimization by transferring to another legal form.

Pražské nemocnice v letech 1948-1968 Ing. Mgr. Kateřina Murtingerová Summary: This work presents a development of Prague hospitals during 1948 and 1968. The first part of my thesis describes theoretical and historical background of health care provision in the first half of the 20st century and it is focused on development of Czech healthcare system. This part of thesis also includes reform plans and concepts proposed during the first republic and the Second World War, with special attention to Albert and Nedvěd's plans playing a key role in setting of healthcare provision after the year 1948. The second part of this thesis is based on legislative and institutional analysis after the Second World War that was developing hand in hand with social, political, and economic changes in Czechoslovakia. Important part of this capture is also an assessment of the results of health care provision during 1948-1968 from the perspective of the whole country, including structure and availability of hospital care, demographic trends and population health trends, expenditure of health care provision and preventive measures etc. Thesis also includes historical overview of academic environment. Students and graduates at Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in the First Half of the Twentieth Century: Social Structure, Curriculum, Student Life, and Professional Careers Tereza Kopecká Institute for History of Medicine and Foreign Languages, First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University The topic of medical studies in the first half of the twentieth century offers an interesting insight into the community of first-republic youth, developing modern medicine and universities. A prosopographical study brings the possibility to perceive the topic from multiple points of view: demographical, social, political, in terms of gender etc. The students who act as the subject of this study, have lived through a major part of the twentieth century; their common forming experience was the World War One but later, they differentiated enough to let us look inside the world of science, hospital and community medicine, underground movements, active politics and even art. Their medical carrers were influenced by the changes in organization of the public health care system that led to the loss of professional freedom. These difficulties could have been overcome by the social capital they had created yet during the school years. The main issue of the scientific life was the discontinuity caused by the World War Two...

The spas and sanatoria in Silesia (Czech part) from the 2nd half of the 19th century until the end of the 1930s Abstract The work is focused on the development and historical development of spas, spa resorts and sanatoria in Silesia in its Czech part, which used natural healing resources, favourable climatic conditions, baths, balneal treatment and resting mode. The object of interest is Gräfenberg Spa, later Gräfenberg-Frývaldov (today's Spa Jeseník), spa in Dolní Lipová, Sanatorium in Zlaté Hory, Spa Karlova Studánka, Jánské koupele (Mel ské koupele near Opava), spa in Darkov, small spa in Komorní Lhotka and pulmonary sanatorium in Jablunkov, which was right from the beginning a sanatorium for the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. During the treatment, a considerable attention was paid to the use of the resting mode and of the favourable climatic environment. On this territory, we can see different conditions of the creation of individual spas and sanatoria. Namely, on the basis of the effects of natural resources, the Spa of Karlova Studánka, Jánské koupele and Darkov Spa was built, which used natural mineral waters. The sanatorium in Zlaté Hory, a spa resort in Komorní Lhotka and the pulmonary sanatorium in Jablunkov were established thanks to the effects of a favourable climate. The origin of the...
