Kate Shiells Supervisor: Doc. MUDr. Iva Holmerová, Ph.D. Prague 2020 2 Abstract Nursing homes are more frequently turning to the electronic patient record (EPR) to manage documentation. Potential benefits associated with EPR include the storage of longitudinal information, interoperability, and improved documentation quality. However, the uptake of EPR in nursing homes has varied considerably across countries, which has been associated with the incompatibility of some EPR systems with this environment. Furthermore, the suitability of EPR for planning dementia care is largely unknown. This study aims to produce recommendations for the future development of EPR systems for use in the assessment and care planning for people with dementia in nursing homes. Case studies of three nursing homes using EPR in Belgium, Czech Republic, and Spain were conducted. Hydraulic cleaner-machine

This diploma thesis deals with the design of hydraulic trash rack cleaning machine for waste water treatment plant. The first part of the thesis describes methods of removing coarse impurities from intake water to technological equipment. Furthermore, a specific design including calculation and choice of the drive is made. Part of the work is also solving the course of force effects and strength analysis of the most stressed parts. The work also deals with the comparison of design solution of hydraulic and mechanical drive of the machine. The attachment contains a drawing of the cleaning machine assembly and selected welded complex.
Reduction of risks of explosive atmospheres in coating plants

Bachelor’s thesis deals with conditions of explosion, areas with danger of an explosion and their division into individual zones. Furthermore the thesis is focused to options for a reduction of risks of explosion and takes into account the coating plants by using primary, secondary and constructional prevention. It describes the recommendations and options for reduction of the explosion creation, eventually its results.
