The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial performance of the company Rysy Group, s.r.o. for the period from 2015 - 2019 using financial analysis tools. Following the theoretical and analytical part of the work, a summary of the achieved results will be carried out, and proposals for improving the company's performance will be presented.

This thesis treats of spreading offer of services Möller, s.r.o. Forepart applies to theoretical findings related to services, analysis of firm and planning of pay-off and expense and investing in intangible fixed assets. The second part deals with firm and the present state of firm, the financial analysis, costs planning owing to the incomes. The third part includes the thinking of spreading offer of services by projecting and engineering. An additional human capital and investment in education of staff will be entertained there too. Recommendation is defined in conclusion.

The thesis deals about usage standard of CSN EN ISO 14001:2005 and it implementation to the company. In the theoretical part is analyzed process of the implementation and behaviour standard CSN EN ISO 14001:2005 in the building company XYZ. The attention is mainly drawn to benefits and costs connected with the implementation. Reccomendations for system functioning EMS are presented as a conclusion.

The aim of this thesis is to work out demand for various kinds of commodities of current consumption by conducting a survey. From the polled data, a function of price demand elasticity of selected commodities is drawn up, on which suggestions to sellers for turnover maximization is based.

Business Plan for Establishing a Hockey Academy

This thesis focuses on designing a business plan to create an Ice Hockey Organization that would primarily focus on a recruitment and further athletic development of young players. The Czech Ice Hockey Association's (CSLH) Ice Hockey Academy Project was considered as a baseline for this business plan, so all the necessary CSLH criteria would be met and maintained. The thesis consists of both a theoretical and a practical part, dealing with respective issues that relate to the establishment, management, and administration of the Organization and its partnership with schools, City Councils, and existing Ice Hockey organizations in the territory.

This diploma thesis describes the creation of a business plan for a small company which deals mainly with the production of carbon-composite cylinders and shafts. The aim of the thesis is to find a conceptual solution how to ensure profitability of the company. The thesis describes methods of internal and strategic analysis and together with interviews with potential clients builds a probable financial plan and based on it offers conclusions.

Methods of Preparation and Characterization of Experimental Field-Emission Cathodes

Téma doktorské práce se zabývá přípravou a popisem katod na bázi autoemise, jenž představují kvalitní a levný elektronový zdroj pro zařízení pracující s fokusovaným elektronovým svazkem. Pro přípravu kompozitní autoemisní katody byla využita elektrochemická metoda výroby. Kompozitní struktura katody zlepšuje proudovou stabilitu ve srovnání s čistě autoemisními katodami na bázi wolframu. Na základě charakterizace katody, jenž byla nově provedena metodou šumové spektroskopie, byla implementována technologická zlepšení stávající výroby. Metoda šumové spektroskopie je založena na analýze emisního proudu v časové a kmitočtové rovině, ale především poskytuje informace o nosiči náboje, o jeho pohyblivosti a dále o životnosti katody. Výsledky experimentální části byly rozšířeny teoretickými simulacemi, vedoucími k návrhu metodiky charakterizace vylepšené autoemisní katody.

This diploma thesis' objective is to assess the financial situation of the specific company and suggestion the concrete recommendation for the improvement its financial situacion. The first part of the thesis comprises theoretical fundamentals of the financial analysis and introduction the company. The second part represents application of financial analysis methods to assess the financial situation of the specific company. Summary gathers the general financial situation of the specific company and proposals to its improvement.
