Marková, Pavla ; Gnad, Tomáš (advisor) ; Louka, Oto (referee)
Abstract Title: The Comparison of Learning Processes of Snowboarding in the Czech Republic and in Norway Objectives: The aim of this work is to compare learning processes of snowboarding in the Czech Republic and in Norway. Methods: In our thesis we used a method of analysis of the document and a method of comparison. We have applied the method of analysis in each publication and the method of comparison in teaching methods. In the practical part we have used a method of inquiry and a method of field testing. Results: We found out that the methodological publications written in Czech Republic are very similar to each other. The Norwegian learning processes are different from the Czech ones by using of a method called Partner system and by the basic concept of training. The research showed that the width of the stance according to the Norwegian learning methods is not suitable for the beginners. On the contrary the stance with plus degree on the front foot and minus degree on the rear foot seems to be quite suitable. Keywords: partner system, stance, kinogram, instructor

The energy cost of ski mountaineering
Jindra, Matouš ; Heller, Jan (advisor) ; Bunc, Václav (referee) ; Louka, Oto (referee)
Title: The energy cost of ski mountaineering. Aim: The aim of study was determine effect of speed and slope on energy expenditure during ski mountaineering. Methods: Twelve athletes (mean age 30 ± 8 years,) took part in the study. This was random intragroup experiment. The energy expenditure was determined by spiroergometry based on the ratio of O2 and CO2 exhaled. The anthropometric values and individual ventilation parameters was measured and followed individual warming up. The study was undertaken on the treadmill (Saturn HP Cosmos, Germany) allow to walking with specially adapted roller skis and poles modified for ski mountaineering. The test was initiated by a warm-up lasting for 4 minutes at speed at 3.5 km·h-1 and 16% slope. The next measurements consisted of 4 parts: walking at 24% gradient and speed 3.5 km·h-1 , 20% gradient and speed 4.2 km·h-1 , 16% gradient and speed 5.1 km·h-1 and 12% slope with a speed 6.8 km·h-1 . The load lasted for 8 minutes 30 seconds in order to achieve the elevation 200 m. The passive recovery for 20-25 minutes was administered between each measurement. Results: When the body was after the warm-up on load, the average energy expenditure nonlinearly increased with decreasing slope and increasing speed. The average energy expenditure at 24% slope and speed 3.5...

Comparation of relationships between fysical performance and performance in sport climbing
Šefl, Jiří ; Louka, Oto (referee) ; Vomáčko, Ladislav (advisor)
of work Aim - to contribute to the knowledge st ruktury performance in sport climbing especially in racing climbers. Methods of work - the research part of the work consists of studies that is focused on comparing the relationship between standardized motor tests, and performance in sport climbing, characterized by the realization of the output climbing routes. Selected on the basis of anamnestic data, antropomet rických data and physical performance test motor was using NCSS software formed correlation matrices. Results of work - from anamnestic data were selected - best performance achieved by climbing, climbing length of experience, gender, occupation and weekly training load, the ant ropometrických - body height, body weight; tests of motor - hand dynamomet ries, chin nadhmatem, vis on the toolbar, endurance in the chin, deep in the recumbent seat, frog. Live dependence of individual i are explained by the correlation matrix. First we fascinated by the relationship between performance in terms of climbing OS overhanging climbing two different but similar ways, and other factors affect climbing performance. We assumed a strong correlation between Factors climbing experience, stamina in the chin, hand dynamomet ries and individual climbs of the routes. Keywords: sport climbing, Wed ruktura...
