Sleep-or What Rules are Necessary to be Observed to Enable a Child to Sleep Well
Linková, Markéta ; Sivek, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Ortová, Marie (referee)
This text is about the right principles when we are asleep in the night - time. I wont to speak about a group of children from birth to six years old. In the first chapter I write about sleep physiology. It is very important because it can show why the bed - time is indispensable. In the second chapter I speak about different periods of child 's evolution. I define sleep and how the different phases are followed. The next important chapter includes ten rules for drowse. It is: sureness and safety, rhythm and little corner, calm atmosphere and rituals, authority and limits, protection for temporal environment, daily and nightly sleep and their differences, the contact, self - asserting for parents and unity, fears of the situation, different necessaries of drowse. In the practical part I speak about two kinder - gardens and try to note observation into those schools. In these schools I evaluate how teachers approach to children when they have to sleep. I want to know if they respect the rule for a good sleep. In the end I collect all information and infer ending. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
Influence of Skid Substances to Compression Equations Parameters
Linková, Markéta ; Řehula, Milan (advisor) ; Špaček, Vladimír (referee)
Mgr.Markéta Linková The rigorous assignment Influence of Skid Substances to Compression Equations Parameters Abstract The rigorous assignment engages in impact of skid substances on parameters of compression equations. Parameters of compression equations are used for compressed material characteristic and for study of compression process mechanism. The mostly used compression equations are described in the theoretic part. Additionally are analyzed factors, which have influence to the parameters of compression equations. (For example: particles size, material type, compression speed) Target of experiment was to prove influence of skid substances to parameters of compression equations. As a skid substances has been used magnesi stearat and talc. Compression process is possible to evaluate through parameters AR, LT, E, EP. For calculation of polymers on cellulose basis the three - exponential equation has been used. For crystallic substances two - exponential equation has been used. Final results prove that both skid substances had same impact to parameters of compression equations.

The process of tablets compression can be described by compression equations. Compression equations express dependence of compressed material volume on compression force. Parameters brought from compression equations are used for compressed material characteristic or for study of compression process mechanism. In this study is evaluated compression process by new compression equations, which have been reveal in Faculty of Pharmacy at Hradec Kralove. There have been used two groups of excipients with different behavior during compression. First group is represented by polymers based on cellulose which have in its structure intapartiular pores. The compression of polymers was carried out in three steps. Interparticular pores, intraparticular pores and solid substance without pores had been reduced. The process of polymers compression was evaluated by the three - exponential equoation. Second group of excipients is crystaline substances in this case has been used lactose. The compression has had two phases. Interparticular pores and solid substance without pores were reduced. Compression process can be evaluated by parameters AR , LTP , E, EP.
