Emotional intelligence is the ability to face up with changes in life, describes a concept that involves the ability of empathy, harking, perception, understanding of feelings, the ability of identifying, assessing and managing the emotions of oneself and the others. In the theoretical part I will analyze positive and negative factors effecting on children's emotional evolution from surroundings, especially social factors. I will present recommended techniques for working with emotional intelligence. Practical part will show how it is possible to modify methods into classwork activities. Methodical-systematical teacher's work can certainly develop emotional intelligence of children.
Preparation of a beginning teacher to integration of pupils with special educational needs

The thesis focuses on the problems of integration of pupils with the special educational needs into the mainstream schools. It deals with the terminology connected with this topic and law adjustment of the integration in the Czech Republic. The author analyses the meaning, contribution and obstacles in the process of the integration at school, describes the conditions and competencies of the relevant factors. The aim of the research is to find out and compare opinions, pieces of experience and needs of students, beginning teachers and integrating teachers in the sphere of the integration of pupils with the special educational needs into the mainstream schools. The thesis isldetermined to beginning teachers.

The thesis "Negative influence of television broadcasts on child's development" describes interaction between the media and its audience. It examines the possibilities of aggressive behavior generation on basis of TV viewing. The thesis concerns differences of influence of TV viewing on each period of child's development. The research looks for the dependencies between the time spent with TV viewing, the type of favorite program, communication with parents and resulting violence perception.
The causes of school immaturity

The thesis deals with the most frequent causes of school immaturity and their aspects. The theoretical part characterises and defines concepts linked with school maturity as the auditory and visual perception, kinetics, communication and mathematical imagination and the adherent problematics of the preschool period. It also focuses on the legislation pertaining the admission of the child to grammar school. The practical part analysis individual methods detecting the school immaturity. On the basis of analysing the childern work and summarisation of its results it is verifying the objectivity of the created test and also investigates the most frequent causes of school immaturity. On the basis of observation and dialogues it traces the social immaturity. The conclusion summarises findings from the individual methods and partial conclusions of the chapters.
Social climate of kindergarten

The Diploma Work deals with social climat of a kindergarten. Its aim is to find out what aspects contribute to interrlelations improving. The teoretical part keeps to a specific proffesional literature, characterizes and defines terms adherent to pre-school education, specifies age differences of pre-school children, focuses on a game and social climat of a gindergarten. In the practical part there is mapped out a current social climat of a particular gindergarten by a form of an action research. The progression of social climat is monitored by means of outdoor modes and pedagogy of experiences during common astivities with parents.
An Analysis of the Subject Humans and Their World in the Framework of an Educational Programme

V této diplomové práci se snažím odpovědět na otázku, jak vidím uplatnění zásad RVP ve své pedagogické praxi za současných podmínek a při použití stávajících učebních materiálů. Podávám zde v proto stručný přehled učebnic s akreditací MSMT, s nimiž se nyní ve školách pracuje a které byly pochopitelně napsány i vydány dříve, než byl vytvořen RVP. V přehledu uvádím učebnice vzdělávacích programů základní škola, obecná škola i národní škola. The Social Atmosphere of the School Classroom

This thesis deals with the social-psychological and pedagogical-psychological matters, that influence distinctively the pupil as well as the teacher. The personalities of the pupil and the teacher represent the most significant factors influencing the social climate of the class. Creating the positive social climate of the class assumes the personality development of both the pupils and the teachers. It is possible to analyse the climate of the class by the diagnostic methods and instruments and make positive changes based on the recognized facts. Multi-cultural Education

V české odborné literatuře byl až do roku 1990 pojem "multikulturní výchova" poměrně velmi geopoliticky neznámý. Dnes však jeho rovina proniká jak do vědecké sféry, tak do mediální komunikace a postupně i do edukační praxe škol. V západní Evropě, USA, Kanadě, Austrálii a jinde je pojem multikulturní výchova již dosti běžný, což je důsledkem skutečnosti, že problematika této výchovy je tam široce a intenzivně rozvíjena, zkoumána jak teoreticky, tak ve velkém množství empirických výzkumů. Multikulturní výchova se váže k rozsáhlé literatuře a trendům v pedagogice, sociologii, kulturní antropologii, sociolingvistice aj., na tato aktuální témata jsou pořádány speciální konference, je publikována řada sborníků a speciální časopisy. Intenzivní a stále sílící zájem o problematiku multikulturní výchovy jsou zřejmé: Lidstvo si uvědomuje již od nejstarších historických dob své etnické, rasové, jazykové či náboženské rozdíly, teprve před zhruba 30 lety se v různých vědeckých disciplínách objevila potřeba poznání směřující k uvědomělému systematickému vzdělávání o těchto rozdílech.
