The Bachelor`s thesis deals with coaching as a manager´s development method. Its aim is to discover the potential of coaching in construction industry and highlight its benefit for organisation in this segment. The theoretical part explains the technical terms and deals with theories of human communication and managing skills development. The empirical part uses survey research and controlled interview for the testing of the postulated hypothesis. The conclusion contains the evaluation of the empirical part on the base of which the recommendations for the construction industry companies is formed.

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to find out what employees of these offices know about coaching and how they are satisfied with the state of leadership and management in their workplace. The result is to formulate conclusions and recommendations, which were compiled from the results of the questionnaire and structured interviews.

The goal of this thesis is to find out what requirements are on managers in building company. The thesis is about demands what are placed on manager positions, what abilities and another skills supposed to have the manager. The thesis is finding out what functions manager looks after in company as well. In the theoretical part the author tries to explain the basic terms what are related to the topic of thesis. In the practical part the working hypothesis are proposed and are verified by questionnaire survey in particular building companies. The author of thesis used for survey the method of managed interview too. The result of the analysis and hypothesis verification are conclusions and suitable recommendation for preparation and selection of managers for building companies.

The theoretical part focused on manager attributes, knowledge, managerial activities and the ability to lead the team. The practical part bachelor’s thesis based on the hypotheses, which I checked by a questionnaire survey. This survey finds especially which requirements are placed on managers in the construction company and whether students of Faculty of Civil Engineering Brno University of Technology are comply with these requirements.

This bachelor thesis is focused to specific questions of communication in the work of design office. There is briefly described the characteristics of a design offices and their surroundings in the theoretical parts. Then the work deals with communication itself, communication types, listening, communication barriers and ways how to communicate effectively. The empirical part is looking into the establishment of working hypothesis, which were either confirmed or disproved in a questionnaire research, concentrated on a specific design office and then on the general public. This research is enriched by guided interview with executive head of the design office. In connection are the conclusions and recomendations for improvement of current communication in the work of design office.

The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis was to valorize current company culture and motivation of employees in some construction company and verify the working hypothesis conected to the main topic of this study. The theoretical part deals with specifics of the construction company and with topics directly related to its name and the main subject. The empirical part was collected using a questionnaire method in selected construction companies. Itanalyses the current state of corporate culture and motivation and and verify the setting hypothesis. The conclusions content some posssible recomendations for improvement of the situation in construction companies.
Leadership and management of employees in the construction company

This Bachelor thesis deals with the theme "Leadership and management employees in a construction company." The essence of the theory is to briefly introduce the concepts of management, construction management, leadership and management of staff, use of the motivational tools, especially those incentives such as internal communication and education. At the same time I was engaged in an essential part of leadership and management, that is the evaluation of the workers and consequently the satisfaction that fundamentally affects the functioning and performance of workers in employment. In the empirical part, to verify and evaluate the given hypotheses, is used of quantitative and qualitative research. Qualitative interviewing is prepresented by the heuristic form or form of structured interviews. Controlled talks preceding the survey for the purpose of obtaining quantitative answers. The output of this thesis are the conclusions of a set of recommendations based on trends and experiences learned from the research that lead to improved climate in the leadership and management of co-workers in a construction company.
Forms and methods of personnel motivation in construction company

The main goal is to determine on which level is motivation of workers and managers from different areas of building and the next evaluate the situation and suggest improvements. First, theoretical, part is about basic concepts and theories. In second, practical, part are confirmed or denied hypothesis defined before. This is made thanks to results of semi-structured interview which were made with employees. According to the results are proposed solutions which may leed to better situation in czech building.

My bachelor‘s thesis deals with coaching as a method of managerial development and the opportunities its application brings into the construction industry. The aim of the thesis is to show how coaching isused to developmanagers‘ skills in building companies, and what impact it may have on the companies’ operation. The theoretical part introducest he basic terms and theories related to the topic. Based on a questionnaire survey and a series of structured interviews, the practical part analyzes whether and possibly to what extent building companies and their managers are familiar with the coaching method.
