Threats and opportunities in motivating senior workers in education with experience in further education.

The diploma thesis deals with the motivation of managers in the field of further education. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out how kindergarten principals with practice perceive their own motivation to continue their education, or to identify a certain key critical period during their career as a kindergarten principal. Attention is paid to the characteristics of managers, their motivation, personal development and further education. Issues related to the burnout syndrome, possible factors causining the resigns of a manager, fundamental obstacles in motivation and critical moments of managers in their careers are also elaborated. The thesis includes qualitative research based on personal interviews with educational leaders, which took the form of semi-structured interviews. Qualitative research was chosen on the basis that appropriate methods could be used to achieve the stated aim of the thesis. A research sample was selected and specified for the qualitative research work. The research sample for this thesis was selected as the headmistresses of kindergartens who have long experience in the position, six years or more. The thesis focuses on a specific area of management, namely talent management in regional education. The thesis asks questions such as who is a talented worker, is talent welcome in the school environment, what methods do school principals use in talent management, what problems do they face and how do they try to prevent them? The first half of the thesis is dedicated to the theoretical grounding of the concepts of giftedness and talent, including the differentiation of giftedness from talent through Gagne's 2020 model, then the concept of talent management is explained and the methods of talent management in identifying, developing and retaining talented workers in an organisation are described. The thesis is related to the field of human resource management in regional education, and therefore key documents related to the development of teachers are included. The aim of the thesis is to find out the methods used by school principals in managing talented emloyees. The changes of elementary school climate caused by the remote schooling

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of changing the climate of class collectives caused by remote schooling. The research investigation deals with the connections between the functioning of class teams today and the social ties between students that have been disrupted by remote schooling. It deals with climatic types of the school environment, their positives and negatives. It clarifies the roles of individual school positions and explains competencies and the possibilities of influence of these posts on influencing the class climate. In the last part of the theoretical part, he outlines the possibilities of diagnostic investigations in the school environment and the selection for the research investigation of this work. The research was carried out using a quantitative questionnaire survey in the form of an electronic questionnaire with closed questions. The respondents were pupils of the 8th year of elementary school. The survey results were interpreted using pie charts and commented. Answers that deviated from the average of other respondents were compared with other answers of specific respondents, entered in a graph and subsequently commented on.
