Insulated Concrete Formwork house

The thesis deals with new building of a family house in the Kralice na Hané village. It is a two storey building. It´s bearing system consists of cased concrete walls and permanent formwork ceilings. On the first floor there is a kitchen, a living room, a guest room, a bathroom and a garage with a workroom. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a study and a locker room.
Tourist chalet under Kozlena

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a chalet Horská chata pod Kozlenou in the village of Staré Hamry. The object is placed on a sloping plot located in an attractive tourist area of the Beskydy mountains. The building has two floors and is partially furnished with a basement. On the first overground floor there is a restaurant with a terrace and staff facilities. On the second overground floor we can find the guest rooms. The structural system is made of hollow concrete blocks. The chalet has a shed roof.
House with Place of Business

This is a family house with an establishment, which has its own entrance. The house is situated in the Pardubice region in the town Letohrad, cadastral Letohrad. The building consists of two floors. The house has a garage. The building is covered with a flat roof above the second floor, above the first is a flat green roof above the living room in the form of terraces. The building is designed from the structural system VELOX.
House of Beauty Salon

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a family house with a beauty salon. The object is a detached two-storey building with a flat roof and a basement and it gives home to five people. The garage and the parking lot for the clients of the salon are also part of the object. The main entrance into the building is situated to the west and the separate entrance for the clients of the salon to the north. The construction system of the house consists of solid wooden CLT (cross laminated timbre) based panels from the Novatop company. The structure is based on foam glass, as by its´ use there is no need for further isolation of the building from the base plate, which is made of steel reinforced concrete. Thanks to good land selection, there were no problems with underground water or possible damage to neighbouring buildings.

The aim of this bachelor thesis which is called ,, A brick- built detached house ‘‘si to create documentation for carrying out constrction. The house is designed for a four member family. It is situated in a suburb of village Borová u Poličky. The building has been designed as a detached house with two floors and no basement. The first floor consisted of two parts- a technical and aktive one. In the techical part, there is a garage for a car, technical room, homework room, staircase and toilet. In aktive part, there is a living room and kitchen with dining room. On the second floor, there is a three rooms, bathroom and dressing-room. The non-bearing walls in1.NP is made of brick breeze blocks Heluz, on 2.NP is made of plasterboard partitions. The ceiling is made of POT girders and ceiling inserts Miako. Family house is covered with a gable roof of roofing Bramac max 7°.
Low-floor Timber House

Bachelor's thesis is developed on Low-floor timber house. It is processed in the form of design documentation containing all the elements in accordance with applicable regulations. It is a family house with two floors and it is design for 4-5 people. As a support system was chosen large format solid components made of cross laminated timber from Novatop. The house is covered with a three shed roofs. The house is insulated with fiberboard insolations.

The aim of the thesis is new-building design of flat-building in cadastral area of community Čachtice. Building is situated at free estate in the middle of community. Building estate must have new feeder road built. In front of building will be the parking area. The flat-building is detached and four-storied building which has two detached entrance. At first floor is situated office space including kitchen, WC, entrance hall and big office. Remaining floors have six flats. Each flat has 3 rooms and is meant for family of four. Flat includes separate WC, bathroom and engineering room. Each flat has two balcony orientated to east and west. In the flats is kitchen together with living room because of bigger space. Floor in the flats is combination of ceramic tiles and laminated floor. For each flat is reserved storeroom at first floor. In the storeroom is PVC floor. In building is a lift. Flat-building has flat roof. Foundations are from bulk concrete. Project is set up with system POROTHERM. Building has heat cladding. At the building are plastic window and colour is matching with facade. Foothpaths around building are from interlocking pavement. Whole documentation is prepared to realization of building. Drawing documentation is prepared by software AUTOCAD.

On the second floor, there is a three rooms, bathroom and toilet. The load- Bearing wall in 1NP is made of brick breeze blocks Porotherm, on 2NP is made of plasteboard septum. The ceiling is made of POT girders and ceiling inserts Miako. The house is covered with a single pitch roof with an agle of inclination of 7° made of a covering Bramac max 7.
House on the Sloping Land

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is family house on the sloping land. Object is located on the edge of village Domanín and designed for a family of four. The building has irregularly shaped floor plan divided into three tracts, each vertically shifted by half a floor. The middle tract has two stores, side tracts are single-storey. Foundation structures are solved by basis strips made of plain concrete. Vertical constructions are made of brick blocks Heluz. Ceiling construction is designed from ceramic-concrete beams Heluz and Miako inserts. The roof is flat single-cased with stabilizing layer made of washed river stones. Project documentation is processed in computer program Archicad.
