Jůzová, Terezie ; Myslín,, Jiří (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor) ; Lavický, Miloš (advisor)
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the design of a new building for sparkling wine production in Kobylí na Moravě. The design also includes a wine bar, tasting room and accommodation for visitors. The study on this topic has already been elaborated within the subject Studio of Architectural Design 3 - AG033. This work is supplemented by Documentation for construction and Building permit documentation. The planned building is designed so that it fits into the surrounding collateral. The height of the buildings is adapted to the surrounding buildings. A two-storey building is designed. The building is partly embedded in the terrain and therefore from wiev main road is single-storey. Buildings in the area have a gabled roof. The gabled roof is therefore also chosen on the designed building. On the plot is designed building, which is composed of two sites, parts of production and public parts. The parts are visually separated by passing to the courtyard. In the production part there is a complete line for sparkling wine production from wine pressing to bottling, storage in a customs warehouse and subsequent expedition. There is also an office, facilities for employees, warehouse and laboratory for quality control of products. In the public part there is a wine bar, tasting room and accommodation for visitors. A thin layer of silicate plaster of white color is on the facade of the building. The main feature is the crossing of saddle roofs with shields and their framing. Four of the eight gables have decorative acacia wood trim on the façade. The frame is made of cement-bonded particleboards, which are painted with anthracite paint. The roof covering is made of galvanized sheets.

In the basement there is a technical background of the building and storage space. The other two floors are used for accommodation and have a total of 13 room units. On the second floor there is also an operating office. The construction system of the building is transversely brick. The perimeter of the building is made of ground Porotherm brick blocks, insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The ceiling structures are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling slabs. The roof of the building consists of 3 different flat roofs. The roof cladding above the first floor is designed as a walkable terrace with a tread layer of concrete paving on rectifying pads. The roof above the second floor is designed as a vegetation and the roof above the third floor is designed as a single skin with a classic order of layers.

Particle Polymer Composite in structural details of the building envelope
Dostálová, Darina ; Lavický, Miloš (referee) ; Vokoun,, David (referee) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
Due to a European energy concept for reducing energy consumption and also the concept of sustainable development, there is a growing demand for reduced energy consumption during the operation of the building and hence increasing demands on the thermal and mechanical properties of the building envelope. For this reason, it is necessary to look for materials that could meet both thermal and mechanical properties, as well as mechanical resistance and loadability, especially for the application for the foundations of the house, the base of the house and for application to structural details for elimination of the thermal bridges between interior and exterior boundaries. The main motivation for choosing the topic of thesis was to find materials derived from recycled or secondary raw materials that would be suitable for manufacturing composite applicable for structural details in the envelope of the building and for insulating in humid environment. An economic and environmental aspect plays an important role in the choice of material. The main theme of the thesis is the laboratory manufacturing of a composite with a thermoplastic matrix derived from recycled plastic materials and waste foam as a phase. Has been developed a unique Waste-based Particle Polymer Composite (WPPC) made from recycled foam and polypropylene. However, before WPPC can be reliably used by construction designers, physical properties of WPPC must be accurately identified. Therefore, it was designed laboratory manufacturing system and sample testing system, it was studied thermal, mechanical, thermomechanical and moisture absorptivity of WPPC. Application of finished composite material with satisfying thermal insulation properties to structural details to eliminate the thermal bridge, was the next step. These are details of the unloaded, prefabricated balconies, windows, atics, as well as basement constructions and the heel of the central load-bearing wall, the terrain flooring and the staircase wall
Hotel
Machala, Tibor ; Havířová, Zdeňka (referee) ; Lavický, Miloš (advisor)
This thesis presents a design of a new building — hotel, containing thirty accommodation units, space for employees, restaurant and vine bar meant for both customers of the hotel, and public. Hotel is situated in a cadastral area Brod nad Dyjí. Building consists of basement and five floors with proposed accommodation capacity of sixty people. The basement perimeter walls are designed from reinforced concrete with the width of 300 and 400 mm. The walls are insulated by XPS polystyrene which is 220 mm wide. Perimeter walls of the above-ground floors are proposed as a combination of reinforced concrete and reinforced skeleton concrete supplemented by masonry wall of therm type. All these constructions are insulated by 220 mm wide glass wool facade insulation. The building envelope is a light ventilated facade. All horizontal constructions are projected as reinforced concrete slabs with the width of 250 mm. The roof of the building consists of three flat parts. The lowest part of the roof is designed as a vegetation roof with extensive layer. The roof of the hotel is proposed as walkable with wear layer made of concrete pavement of dimension 400 x 400 mm. Construction of the roof above the fifth floor is designed as one layer flat roof on concrete slab with the width of 250 mm. Inside the object are three reinforced concrete staircases (main staircase, emergency staircase and staircase for staff). The main entrance to the object is situated on the south side of the property, while the staff entrances are located on the east and north-east part. Parking for the object customers is placed in front of the main entrance, parking for staff is situated on the north side. This thesis is processed in the form of project documentation for construction realisation.
