High-frequency oscillator in CMOS technology

This project focus to desing an on-chip oscillator in function as a clock generator. Frequency stability of the oscillator is affected by supply voltage, temperature and process variations. The aim is to propose a clock generator with sufficient frequency stability, low power consumption and a small chip area. This work deals with the types of oscillators and their basic building blocks suitable for our application. It also deals with the study and design options of temperature and process compensation circuit generating the current control, which provides the frequency stabilization of the output signal.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to describe the dynamic parameters of semiconductor devices. The other aim is to build a measuring workplace, on which is possible to carry out measurement of dynamic properties of bipolar and unipolar transistors. The bachelors’s thesis also solves a design and a production of an universal product, on which measurements are carried out. Individual measurement is automated and individual devices are connected to the product and results are controlled by computer analysis.

The main content of this master´s thesis is Airport Operations Management and it´s application on regional airport Brno – Tuřany. The study analyses common airport operations at the airports and compares it with actual situation at Brno airport. Focusing on comparsion, new upgrading or suggestions for increasing the operations are made. The part of thesis encloses also an approach to contemporary issues in greening the airports and air traffic.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to make a proposal of a new regular flights from the international Brno Airport. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts, theoretical, analysis of the current state and proposal. The first part presents a theoretical background summarizing the knowledges obtained from literature. The following section characterizes the current situation of the airport, analyses are made, and the results of my own research are presented. Based on the results of analytical part, there is created a proposal for new scheduled flights.
