Integration of microstructure informed enrichment base functions
Ladecký, Martin ; Zeman,, Jan (referee) ; Eliáš, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with problems related to the numerical integration of rapidly oscillatory functions. Analyze classical methods of numerical integration and compare them with method published by David Levin\cite{levin82}. Levin's method is applied in solving Laplace differential equation that describes deflection of membrane. To solve potential problem is used hybrid finite element method with Trefftz bases functions.
Isogeometric Analysis and Applications in Continuum Mechanics
Ladecký, Martin ; Vořechovský, Miroslav (referee) ; Rozehnalová, Petra (advisor)
Thesis deals with solving the problems of continuum mechanics by method of Isogeometric analysis. This relatively young method combines the advantages of precise NURBS geometry and robustness of the classical finite element method. The method is described on procedure of solving a plane Poissons boundary value problem. Solver is implemented in MatLab and algorithms are attached to the text.
Optimization of Connections on a Simulation of Public Transport System
Ladecký, Martin ; Vyskočil, Jiří (advisor) ; Šišma, Vladimír (referee)
The present work describes a design and an implementation of Public Transport simulation including implementation of algorithms for good flexibility. Additionally, the work describes the design of optimization and its implementation. Results based on it are collected. They are later interpreted and evaluated.

Reputation-based Adaptation for Structured P2P Networks
Ladecký, Martin ; Novotný, Miroslav (advisor) ; Malohlava, Michal (referee)
The goal of this thesis is to implement reputation based trust management into the routing protocol of peer-to-peer network. This implementation is compared with current standard peer-to-peer security implementations - mostly no security at all and reputation based management without implementation in the routing mechanism. The objective is to improve routing performance and efficiency of secure algorithms.
