The bachelor thesis deals with employment relations, specifically focuses on the personal costs of the selected employer. The purpose of this thesis is to optimize these costs. The theoretical part explains the relationship between the employer and the employee. The next part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of remuneration of employees and the analysis of contributions from the Labor office. In conclusion there are proposed optional solutions that lead to economic and tax savings.

An integral part is also putting theory into practice by any proposals for tackling the problem.

The practical part includes analysis of specific problem in company Eichenauer, spol. s r. o. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate, if relocation of the part of corporation would be convenient, and alternatively suggest, how to motivate employees to accept the agreement about change of place of performance of work.

The objective of the bachelor thesis is to propose a solution to the problem, which is related to the lack of employees. More precisely, to optimize the number of employees and the associated payroll costs. On the basis of the analytical part, measures to optimize the number of employees and optimize wage costs will be proposed to the employers.
