Link robots
Vidlák, Marek ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Simeonov, Simeon (advisor)
Master’s thesis deals with design the link robot and motion simulation. It is divided into four parts. In first part are briefly explained basic information of industrial robots and manipulators, their design and structure. Further it is listed some examples of design industrial robots and manipulators and principle of computation of kinematic chain. On beginning of the second part is performed analysis of configuration link robots, description of their designs and structures, examples of design link robots and their applications. In third part is selected option of design, created mathematical and kinematic model. Then it is designed and described construction of robot. The last section is devoted to simulation of robot’s kinematics, description of simulation softwares and their use for required results.
Synchronization of the robot motion with a moving conveyor belt
Nagy, Marek ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
Diploma thesis is focused on the solution of synchronization of the robot motion with a moving conveyor belt. It informs about basic principles and possibilities of using similar applications. It describes individual elements used in the application, their importance and function. It provides an overview of proposed program codes for the programmable logic controller, the smart camera and the robot. The result is the creation of a functional illustrative application with KUKA robot.
Robot vision and 3D image acquiring
Arnošt, David ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
Master´s thesis is describing basic concepts in machine vision. Used camera systems and possible imaging 2D and 3D are described. Practical part deals with constructin of scanning device with linear actuator, conveyor belt, camera and laser. For experimental use is construction of scanning device made for 2D and 3D image using several methods.
Automation of stators production
Šula, Martin ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a robotic workplace layout for finishing operations on the stator of an electric motor. Three variants of the workplace layout were created, these variants were evaluated, and then the most suitable variant was selected. Suitable subcomponents have been created for this variant, such as the end effector, deburring spindles, rotary stand and milling table. A risk analysis was also created for her to ensure the safety and protection of the operator. The most suitable variant was transferred to the Process Simulate software, where its functionality was verified and the real cell cycle was determined.
Design of a Robotic End Effector
Hesina, Ondřej ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis analyses the possibility of grasping of the object by an industrial robot KUKA KR 16. Gripping object is a plate-shaped cast made from aluminium alloy with inner hole. After analysing the options is selected the most suitable option, designed end effector for bin-picking method and use already have been used grippers in practice.
MOLECUBES technology application in robotics
Vacek, Václav ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Simeonov, Simeon (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to propose and make a robot, which is made of identical modules. These modules are able to connect or disconnect themselves and thanks to this feature new structures of robot can be achieved. This problem is solved by the design proposal of a module, which is capable to rotate in two axis and has connection connectors for other modules. Communication is carried out by Wi-fi connection to the computer and angles required for reconfiguration are calculated by inverse kinematics in Matlab program. On these modules the reconfiguration test was succesfully demonstrated.
Production automation of transformer components based on industrial robot
Procházka, Petr ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis focuses on the automate process of primary transformer´s soldering. My work is to assess proceedings that guarantee that tolerances given by the controlling company shall be as accurate as possible. Final version of the product is modified in such a way to meet a size criterion as well as strength, anti-corrosion, space and price standards. The final version of the product is tested by the robot during the process. The main task is the verification of the size stability during the operation. One of the point of my bachelor´s thesis is to descripe a plan of automate workplace. The main reason for designing a plan of automate workplace is to help employees and facilitate from demanding work in the process of primary coil soldering.
Hybrid mobile robots able to operate in the university campus
Chlud, Michal ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis describes actually known hybrid mobile robots platforms including analysis of different types of wheels, tracks and other instruments of locomotion. Sets potencial advantages and disadvantages for every found platform. Thesis shows all possible hindrances for mobile robots in the university campus, including hindrance parameters. Multicriterial valuation’s basic metod takes out optimal variant of platform.
A simulation study of a robotic cell for production machine operation for large-scale production
Šváček, Jiří ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
The thesis deals with design of robotic cell for operation with CNC machine. When CNC machine is machining, inactive robot is used for deburring specific edges on the workpiece with help of pneumatic spindles. Thesis include design of end-effectors for handling and deburring operations, design and placement of individual parts of robotic cell. Part of the thesis deals with safety of the cell. Next part of thesis is focus on finding out cycle time of the robot. Robot have to manage cooperate with CNC machine and deburr edges in time. Cycle time is find out at simulation study in software called Tecnomatix Process Simulate. On the end of thesis is technical-economics evaluation
Force-torque control for industrial robots Kuka
Staněk, Václav ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
Diploma thesis contents basic types of force-torque sensors, design of end effector for robot KUKA KR3 with force-torque sensor SCHUNK FTC 050-80, connectin of senzor to control computer and solution of move control of robot to defined position with correction using data about forces and moments affecting end effector from senzor.
