Multifunctional House - project planning and management of construction

This master´s thesis deals with project planning and management of construction of multifunctional building. The main part of thesis are budget of object and schedules of work, which contain realization of reinforced concrete structure and other related works. Another part of thesis deals with the technical regulations about the implementation of horizontal and vertical parts of reinforced concrete structure and from finishing works about realization of inside plasters. Following this part there is design and schedule of using of appropriate building machines and small machinery for their implementation, design of site equipment, quality assurance of works performed, safety of work and minimization of environmental impact. The thesis contains also proposal of contract of work. This work does not deal with substructure of multifunctional building, because this is solved in bachelor thesis.

Multifunctional building - technological phase substructure

This bachelor thesis deals with substructure of multifunctional building, which is based on bored piles in three levels, due the difficult foundation conditions. The main part of thesis consists of the technical regulations about earthworks, technology implementation of large-diameter bored piles and their base structures. It also deals with quality assurance of works performed and their control, their time and financial demands, design of appropriate building machines and small machinery for their implementation and safety of work. Simultaneously the thesis deals with organization of construction and site design with regard to each phase of construction.

Selected aspects of the legal arrangement of cooperatives

This rigorous thesis aims to characterise selected aspects of the legal arrangement of cooperatives. In the first section the work focuses on the valid legal arrangement in the Czech Republic. It deals briefly with the history of cooperatives and the develop- ment of the legislation concerning cooperatives. The thesis subsequently focuses in more detail on the individual circuits of the legal arrangement of cooperatives, name- ly the establishment and launch of a cooperative, the statutes of the cooperative, its statutory bodies, assets and the investment of members in the cooperative, and also focuses in further detail on issues in connection with membership of the cooperative, in particular the establishment and dissolution of the cooperative. The next section of the work deals with the legal arrangement of cooperatives "de lege ferenda", in particular with the conception and evaluation of the newly pro- posed legal arrangement for cooperatives contained in the recodification of Czech civil and commercial law which is in preparation. The work also focuses on the connection of co-operatives to the social economy, an explanation of this term and the institute of the social enterprise.
