The pharmacotherapy of skin manifestations of allergy
Krátká, Jana ; Melicharová, Ludmila (advisor) ; Trejtnar, František (referee)
Skin serves as the first line of defense between the individal and the environment. Disruption of epidermal barrier can facilitate penetration of iritants, allergens, microbes and other particulars to epidermis. It can result in inflammatory reaction. Diseases, which manifest mainly on the skin and are of allergic origin, are atopic dermatitis (AD), contact dermatitis, urticaria and angioedema. AD is highly pruritic chronic or chronic recurrent noninfectious inflammatory disease. Treatment should be comprehensive. The first would be the effort to identify and eliminate causative allergens. This also applies to other diseases. There is importace of hydration and overall skin care (emollients). Intensity of anti-inflammatory treatment (corticosteroids, topical imunomodulators, antibiotics) depends on the current state of dermatitis. Contact dermatitis is representative of the IV.type of immunopathological reaction. It takes effect after various lengths of time of skin contact with allergen. Local and general treatment depends on the extent and intensity of damaged skin and is to reduce the local inflammation. Urticaria and angioedema is characterized by vasodilatation, increased vascular permeability in the skin (urticaria) or subcutaneous tissue or submucosal tissue (angioedema). These symptoms are...

Raková, Světlana ; Stará, Jana (advisor) ; Krátká, Jana (referee)
The aim of the diploma thesis Problems of the school immaturity through the eyes of the primary school teachers is to summarize in the theoretical part the existing knowledge of the literature on school maturity and school readiness and their controversy and then in the empirical part to find out what problems primary school teachers feel in this area and how they solves them. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part summarizes the key findings on the chosen topic, the practical part presents its own qualitative research. The research was conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews with primary school teachers. The interviews were then transcribed and analyzed through grounded theory. The analysis of the interviews revealed that the experience of teachers with the school immaturity of primary school pupils is very diverse. Most often addressing teachers met with the inability to separate the child from the parents and deficiencies in communication skills. Most educators most often mentioned an individual approach to supporting children not sufficiently mature for school. It can be considered a negative phenomenon that most of the addressed schools do not have a preparatory program for future first-graders. As a suggestion for practice, I stated that...

Jansenová, Tereza ; Laufková, Veronika (advisor) ; Krátká, Jana (referee)
This bachelor thesis will convey a research theme of death and its presence as a theme in the kindergarten and amongst its pedagogues and their explanations of it. The goal of this thesis is to map the death-related themes present in kindergarten and the way their presence manifests there. We also strive to create a list of appropriate and qualified literature for children to go along with it and which can be used to work with the idea of death in kindergarten. Using this we are going to create, realise and reflect three lessons containing death-related themes where we would use "work with a book" method in selected kindergarten. Theoretical part of this thesis will concentrate on the death-theme and ways in which children approach said theme - this will be done through characteristics of pre-school child and through their cognitive evolution towards the death-theme. Further on in the practical part of the thesis we will explain the term "reader's pre-literacy" through the work with a book method and read strategies used in kindergarten. First part of the practical part of the thesis is covering results of a questionnaire with 107 respondents - kindergarten teachers.
