Implementation of ICT Security Management in Highschool

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is proposal of implementation of the ICT Security Management to the specific Highschool in the Moravian-Silesian region. Introduction part describes the school building and current Security Management. In the practical part of this thesis are then discussed the shortages in the Highschool. This is done mainly from the perspective of security mechanisms used and the behavior of users and administrators. There are also proposals how to deal with this situation in this work.

The bachelor's thesis deals with pregnancy, birth, child-bed and new-born care in the early modern period. It attempts to reveal how women and the society of the period understood the knowledge on conception, fetus, sterility and child mortality. Using the examples of medical books from the 16th and 17th centuries, the work describes the professional practices of doctors and mid-wives and compares them with contemporary medical science. It also examines how the information from the medical books penetrated the everyday lives of the noble society.

Abstract: Obesity with its comorbidities has enormous impacts on the life of the individual as well as the whole society. Therefore, the attention is paid to the treatment of obesity, where bariatric surgery appears to be one of the most effective. The surgical solution offers excellent results in terms of weight reduction in the short- and medium-term period, but the increased number of weigh gain cases appears in long-term perspective. The aim of this thesis is to find out whether any of the psychological factors that are included in the psychological assessment prior to the bariatric surgery, can predict the development of weight after the surgical procedure. The research is retrospective and quantitative; it focuses on monitoring variables from psychological assessment as well as weight development from the time of the surgery to 4 years after the surgery with intervals of 3, 6, 9 months and 1, 2, 3, 4 years. Selected Methods of Recruitment in a Firm

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe the process of recruitment and selection of employees. It focuses on two commonly used and very interesting methods: an assessment centre and a selection interview. The theoretical part contains an introduction to the issue and a summary of the information about these methods. The task of the practical part is to confront the theoretical knowledge with the process of the selection procedures in selected company. The cooperation with ČSOB was begun for the needs of the bachelor thesis. The goal of the practical part is to describe and evaluate the process and the content of the selection procedures in ČSOB. There are mentioned similarities and differences between the theory and the practice. Finally, suggested recommendations are based on the obtained information and the participation in the selection procedures.

Evaluation of the implementation of system of evaluation and remuneration

This thesis consists two goals. The first objective is to evaluate a new system of remuneration and current system of employee evaluation in NVision company in Votice. The second objective is to find out how the systems are evaluated by employees themselves. I have evaluated the first objective according to interviews with employee who introduced the system and also with persons employed in the company. The second goal has been evaluated based on questionnaires passed to employees who filled them in. I found out that introducing of new system of remuneration does not deviate too much from the way it should be introduced but I still found some possible recommendation for the company. In contrary system of employee evaluation is not correctly set up and I have recommended some steps which should be implemented. Evaluation of survey showed that employee evaluation is not set up correctly and system of remuneration is in implementation phase.
