Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient with the posttraumatic paresis n. peroneus communis dx. Objectives: Gain of theoretical knowledge about peripheral paresis, especially peripheral paresis n. peroneus communis dx. Subsequent case study formulation of patient with selected diagnosis made during coherent scholarly practice. Methods: The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis contains theoretical knowledge about anatomy of peripheral nervous system of the lower extremities, the clinical image of the peripheral paresis ane the treatment with sequential therapy. Results: Increase of muscle strenght in weakened muscels, improvement of movement range, elimination of reflective changes and restoration of joint play. Titel: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of the fracture of the distal antebrachium Goals: The goal of this thesis is to summerize theoretical and practical information about fracture of distal antebrachium, to peruse sources of this problems and to concieve adequate therapy. Methods: The theoretical part is describing anatomy and functional kinesiology of the antebrachium and hand, then fractures of the distal antebrachium. The thesis considers mostly conservative treatment, complications of treatment and following therapy. The practical part is the describing aplication of gained theoretical knowledges about concrete diagnosis. It contains incoming kineziological assessment and conclusion, which makes short- term rehabilitation plan. This part is also decribing the process of therapeutical units, outcoming kineziological assessment and final evaluation of the therapy. Key words: antebrachium, hand, accident, physiotherapy

Title: Case Study of A Physiotherapy Treatment of A Patient with the Diagnosis of Fracture of Lateral Malleolus Aim: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to present basic information on ankle fractures and to elaborate a case report of a patient with the above mentioned diagnosis. Method: The thesis consists of two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part presents a discription of the anatomic structure and the function of the ankle joint, the kinesiology of the foot and the biomechanics of walking. Furthermore, it deals with traumatology of the ankle area focusing on fractures, diagnostic methods, treatment and physotherapy methods and on courses of action after ankle fractures. The practical part is conceived a case study. It includes an anamnesis of a patient, an entrance kinesiology analysis on the baisis of which aims and methods of the therapy were determined. The thesis presents a description of the course of the individual therapeutic units, an output kinesiology analysis and a therapy efficiency evaluation. Title ofthe work: Children's asthma bronchiale Purpose ofthe work To verify, experimentally, the in:fluence ofthe exercise treatment and ball facilitation with the peak flow values measured by the peak-flow metre upon children with asthma bronchiale. To verify, clinically, the influence ofthe exercise treatment upon the gait of children with asthma bronchiale. Evaluation ofthe e:ffect ofthe exercise treatment will be verified by the Klein and Thomas method modified by Mayer. Themethod The work is carried out on the basis ofa case study; what is studied is the interaction ofeach individua! with the proposed program. This progrom should have a positive impact on the state oftheir health. The thesis consists oftwo parts: theoretical and practical. The fonner is based on an earlier survey, which was elaborated in the bachelor thesis and has recently been extended with further theoretical knowledge. The practical part was extended with the observation method which is based on the observed values ofthe peak flow and with the number ofthe studied individuals. This part is focused on processing the individua! cases and methods. For the gait judgement the Klein and Thomas method modified by Mayer was used.
