The plan suggests a solution that will increase its business revenues and improve its financial position through innovation and marketing plan.

My Bachelor thesis is dealing with formation of a business plan for a small enterprise. The line of business is production of keys, retail of electrical appliances and satellite technology assembly. The business plan concerns the transition from natural person – a self-employed person to legal person – a limited liability company. The aim of my thesis is to find out whether this business plan is worth implementing and if it presents a positive contribution to the firm.

In my bachelor thesis I provide draft business plan for a small business. For the purpose of this work I chose a plumbing company. This company operates on a basis of an individual ownership and keeps tax records. In the suggested business plan, I will try to take into consideration today's economic environment and find the answer to whether it is beneficial to transfer from the current form of individual ownership business to the company with limited liability, ie an individual ownership to a legal entity, or not.

Innovation Factors Influencing the Growth of Small and Medium-Sized Emterprises

Disertation work deals with innovative factors influencing the growth of small and medium enterprises. In this work are two main objectives related to the topic of work. The first one is definition of innovation activity on the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises in the South Moravian Region and the second one is analyzing the determinants of determining the internal environment of a company seeking to generate innovation podiku. Objectives and hypotheses were established on the basis of the literature search, with emphasis not only on business growth, but also on innovation. Primary research combines the use of qualitative and quantitative methods. The results obtained from statistical analyzes of primary research are presented in partial and general conclusion. This work consists methodological steps for small and medium-sized enterprises with an interest in growing their businesses. For a comprehensive view the work offers the disertatiton work the possibility of further expansion of research and outline the benefits of the individual spheres of professional life

The business activity is supposed to be run as only licenced at the start with a perspective to subsequently change into a limited liability company as a legal entity. The thesis has been subdivided into: theoretical part, which clarifies fundamental notions and limits the issue of the practical part, which contains the business plan itself, marketing strategy and the prospects of realisation of this business intention.
