The master thesis Valuation of the company Kofola a.s. is divided into two main parts. The first part deals with the basic theoretical fundaments of business valuation. The basic terms of business valuation, purposes of valuation and its process is described within this part. The practical part aims to finding Kofola a.s. market value The strategic analysis, the financial analysis and the analysis of value generators which enabled the creation of financial plan contributed towards the finding of market value. The final income valuation is created by the DCF entity method.

Many science fiction movies have innovative and creative sound design and music. Such topics as life in the future, space travel, groundbreaking science discoveries or a contact with extraterrestrial life provide and extraordinary creative platform.
This text deals with Czech science fiction movies sound design. The analysis of the most important films and movie clips on enclosed DVD should prove a truly specific approach of Czech and Czechoslovak filmmakers. I would also like to describe the most important factors that influenced this approach: important artists, topics, technical aspects, social demands and so forth.

Utilization of Virtual Instruments in AV Works

he main aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce possibilities and utilization of virtual instruments in sfx sound design in audiovisual works. The intention is to afflict an evolution of virtual instruments and their forms and formats, in which can be produced. This thesis goes throught the theory of electronic sound producing and processing too. The last part describes concrete examples of virtual instruments as well as their sound possibilities, which is illustrated by sound samples.

Musical dramaturgy as expressive device of film speech

This thesis is focused on film music as one of the basic film speech devices. It consists of preview of some basic historical circumstances as well as creative work of composers and their unique contribution to the film. There is also preview of some basic musical devices and its effect to films. The third part of this thesis consists of musical analyses of selected movies.
