Reentry CubeSat

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the analysis of the re-entry of the miniature CubeSat satellite from lower orbit. In the opening section, it is explained how re-entry process works, what bodies are typically used and the possibilities for protecting them from atmospheric resistance. The thesis is also focused on the mentioned group of CubeSat satellites and defines them according to general requirements. Using the knowledge learned from the opening section, a theoretical introduction to the preliminary analysis of the re-entry of the CubeSat satellite was put together, followed by a sample calculation. Here, it is explained how the CubeSat moves as it descends throughout the atmosphere and what parameters it needs to meet in order to make the re-entry.

Design proposal of the 12U CubeSat structure

CubeSat-y jsou v dnešní době velmi populární téma díky své ceně a jednoduchosti. Jejich použití se v poslední době ubírá spíše směrem ke komerční sféře trhu, kde vzniká velké množství společností poskytující široké spektrum služeb pro mise CubeSat-ů. Jednou z těchto společností je i Výzkumný a zkušební letecký ústav (VZLÚ), který nedávno zahájil vývoj série struktur CubeSat-ů o velikosti 1U – 3U. Tato závěrečná práce je zpracována ve spolupráci s VZLÚ. Práce je zaměřena na vytvoření informační platformy, zahrnující průzkum trhu a následující konstrukci včetně její pevnostní kontroly, struktury CubeSat-u o velikosti 12U jakožto pokračování v rámci dalšího vývoje série struktur o velikosti 6U – 12U.

Principles of learning organization project team

This thesis deals with theory and practice of learning organizations applied to the IT project team. In theoretical part key definitions and terms related to the problems of the learning organization and the information society. At the same time gives a demonstrative interpretation of the self-learning organization by various authors and presents their specific models. As the fundamental, this thesis uses the theory of Peter Senge, with which it is being worked also in the practical part, where the IT project team is analysed of their behaviour, and compared to the results obtained with the theory of the five disciplines of Peter Senge. In conclusion there is a set of recommendations that could improve the functioning of the IT development team and achieve a greatest compliance with the learning organization concept.

Design wireless network in the company including radio survey

My bachelor thesis focuses on IT infrastructure of business environment, followed by a proposal of solution (deployment of transmitters, connection to existing infrastructure, budget), which is complemented by real deployment of typologically similar or same solution, including radio surveys before and after the deployment. Thesis is divided into several parts. Introductory chapters deal with theoretical concepts, definitions and standards that are important to become familiar with the topic. Theoretical part is followed by practical part that contains detailed information on above sections. Goal of my thesis is to propose the most effective solution for specific organization. In this paper I'll try to avoid all known usual problems and errors. I'd like to achieve this thanks to my long experience with wifi as I've for several years run a wireless network with more than 600 users.
