Implementation of the transfer pricing regulation of the Czech republic
Kolář, Michal ; Kislingerová, Eva (advisor) ; Chýňava, Pavel (referee)
This thesis was elaborated in the form of transfer pricing study and is focused on finding arm's length price for a particular Czech production company. According to the detailed description of companies under examination, analysis of their functional and risk profiles, comparable independent companies were found. The most appropriate method and indicator were chosen for calculation the transfer price. This thesis should help company under review to set up its transfer pricing system and it also should be taken into account by a tax authority in case of tax audit.

A crutial part is therefore the strategic analysis, which is followed by the analysis of financial health. The deduction of the paper features a statement about the company value.
Physico-chemical properties and phototransformation of ferric citrate complex in aquatic environment
Kolář, Michal ; Abida, O. ; Mailhot, G. ; Jirkovský, Jaromír ; Bolte, M.
Iron is the most abundant transition metal on the Earth. It is present in aquatic environments, soils as well as atmosphere. In the aquatic media, it is often present in a form of Fe(III) complexes, especially, with polycarboxylic acids. Citric acid was chosen as their suitable representative in this study.
Degradation of organic pollutants in aqueous photoinduced complex Fe (III) CIT: influence of TiO2
Kolář, Michal ; Mailhot, G. ; Jirkovský, Jaromír ; Bolte, M. ; Krýsa, J.
This work has been to study the complex of trivalent iron with citrate ions and its effect on the photodegradation of model pollutant, monuron.
Degradation of organic pollutants in aquatic environment photoinduced by Fe(III)Cit complex: Impact of TiO2
Kolář, Michal ; Jirkovský, Jaromír ; Mailhot, G. ; Bolte, M. ; Krýsa, J.
Iron is the most abundant transition metal on the Earth. It is present in the atmosphere, soils as well as aquatic environments. In the aquatic media, it is often presnt in a form of Fe(III) complexes, especially with polycarbolic acids. The complexes of Fe(III) are highly photosensitive in general.

Napěťová analýza radiální náhrady a Souterovy endoprotézy v loketním kloubu
Hlavoň, Pavel ; Kolář, M.
Upon the initiative of the medical team at Traumatological Hospital in Brno, efforts are invested to create possible partial joint replacements of the proximal end of the radius and also proper design of Souter’s endoprothesis in the elbow articulation that would suitably replace the patient’s missing bone tissue and, at the same time, to preserve the same functionality of the radio-humeral connection. This paper speaks about potential geometrical and computational models of a partial joint replacement, Souter’s implant and their stress analysis.
