Title: The relationships between the level of physical activity, physical fitness and somatotype in youth women players. Author: Jitka Chlastáková Head of work: Mgr. Jakub Kokštejn, Ph.D. Aim: To find and compare the level of physical activity, physical fitness and somatotype in youth women players (U13 and U15). The next aim was to determine the relationships between physical activity, physical fitness and somatotype in youth women players (U13 and U15). Methods: The object of the research was a group of girls aged from 11 to 15 years. Out of them were 14 girls actually playing for U13 and another 14 for U15. The daily motion aktivity of this group was tested by 14 accelerometers Actigraph GT3X. The length of testing period was one week. The level of motion abilities was examined by testing battery UNIFITTEST 6-60 through four different exercises. Both somatic test and UNIFITTEST 6-60 were realized during a camp. Results: The results show that girls playing for U15 are generally more active than girls playing for U12 (4 171 133 counts > 2 809 934 counts). It proves a fact that older girls make daily on average 15 462 steps compare to 9 764 steps of younger girls. By this result U13 team does not meet the recommendation of 11 000 steps in a day. A secondary aim was to determine influence eight-weeks intervention HIIT program on aerobic performance of football players ages categories U16 and U17. Methods: High intensity interval training Results: After eight-weeks HIIT program occurred in the experimental group of football players to improve aerobic performance. HIIT program therefore has positive effects on aerobic performance. Football player age category U17 increased performance of 1,9 ml.min-1 .kg-1 , which is slightly greater increase than in age category U16 which increased performance of 1,6 ml.min-1 .kg-1 . Title: The level of physical activity for young football players due to health recommendations Author: Tomáš Šorna Head of work: Mgr. Jakub Kokštejn, Ph.D. Objectives: The aim of this work is the weekly monitoring of physical activity for young football players and determine its size due to health recommendations for their age category. Then comparison of the possible difference results in selected indicators of physical activity between younger (Under 13 year) and older (Under 15 year) football players. Methods: The monitoring files consist of younger football players (n= 15; 12,6 ± 0,5 years old) and older football players (n= 15; 14,7 ± 0,5 years old). The accelerometers Actigraph GT3X were used for determining level of physical activity during the week. The written answer sheet of physical activity were used for obtaining additional information. Results: The results of monitoring of physical activity shows that both groups of players exceeded the reference value of physical activity in all its indicators. Younger and older football players significantly exceeded the daily recommended value which is 60 minutes of physical activity spent in moderate to very high intensity. In terms of energy expenditure value and the number of steps both groups achieved the shown recommended values: 11 kcal.kg...

Title: The evaluation of motor performance in football in category of older children Objectives: The goal of the thesis is to identify and evaluate a level of the motor performance of the older preparatory category in the football club Xaverov. Methods: The main scientific methods of theoretical - empiric character are in-field testing and observation. The research group contained of seventeen nine- year old soccer players of older preparatory group (9,7 ± 0,2 years). To evaluate the physical capability examined kids passed UNIFITTEST 6-60. The MABC-2 motoric test helped to find out the basic motoric level. BMI index and the sum of the skin fold thickness were both used to evaluate the body content. Basic descriptive statistics (the arithmetic average and standard deviation) and correlation analysis were used to analyse gained data. Results: The found level of the physical capability was average. Even though 10 out of 17 players gained above average value in UNIFITTEST 6-60. Young football players gained above average score in evaluation of aiming and catching abilities (AC), and slightly below average score in evaluation of the balancing ability (BAL) in comparison with the standard for Czech kids of the same age. Title: Velocity and agility skills in football. Objectives: The aim of the study was to evaluate the velocity of movement of players due to the change in direction. Assessment of the direction changes when moving to a successful test result. Mutual comparison of the decelaration and acceleration at a given distance. Methods: Measured group consisted of 15 players with these athropometric values (age = 17-18 years, height = 178 ± 4.58 cm, weight = 72 ± 2.35 kg). Players completed the warm-up prior to testing (activation stretching, stretching, warm up and subsequent motion game). Measured tested portion was 5m, followed by turning on the predefined leg and running backwards to the photocell gate. Each player completed 2 attemps on the right and 2 attemps on the left leg. Method for evaluating the kinematics used 2D video analysis. For video processing software was used Virtual Dub 1.4 (VirtualDub.org) cut processing records mileage and kinetic analysis was performed using software, Bio TEMA (ImageSystems Ltd., Sweden). Results: The results are as follows : third player had the fastest time in all attempted turns 5,76 m/s. The best result turning on the left had the twelve player who reached 5,54 m/s. In conclusion i would like to concentrate on the speed component after a difficult coordination...

Title: Short-term intervention in the development of speed in football Objectives: The work objective is to assess efficiency of speed intervention at categories of Under-13 and Under-14 of the football club FK Pardubice. Methods: The group observed contained players aged 13 and 14. Total number of players was 23 (n= 23, 13,2 ±0,3 year). In order to verify the efficiency of the interventional program, which took 6 weeks, a 20 m shuttle run, a change-direction run with and without ball were used. The data were gathered with 2010 programme and processed according to Statistica statistical programme. Results: After 6 weeks of a motion intervention the experimental group did not show any significant progress. The group not involved in the motion programme did not make any progress. In rare cases, even a slight deterioration occurred in both groups. Based on results stated below we declare that the program chosen was not efficient for speed development at the categories of U13 and U14 of the club of FK Pardubice.
