At the same time the aim of the thesis to determine possible relationships between the studied indicators of body composition and psychomotor development Methods: To detect psychomotor development we used a battery of tests BOT-2, we used the short form of the test battery BOT-second Anthropometric data were obtained using the method to determine the somatotype Health-Carter. Values were measured using anthropometric instruments: weight, caliper, measuring tape, caliper and stadiometer. Results: Among the teams of Slavia and Sparta were found factually or statistically significant differences in...
The significance of relationship between mesomorphy component and neuromotor development at football players population U12 selected from the highest czech league
Papež, Pavel ; Musálek, Martin (advisor) ; Kokštejn, Jakub (referee)
Title: The significance of relation-ship between mesomorphy component and neuromotor development at football players population U12 selected from the highest czech league. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to determine the link between the level of mesomorphy (one of the components of somatotype) and neuromotor age at the first league football players U12 from FK Dukla Praha and Bohemians 1905. Methods: The main research method was the method of observation. The research sample contained a total of 41 footballers. For determining the somatotype we used the methodology from Heath - Carter 1967. The degree of neuromotor development was assessed by Bruininks Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency (BOT - 2). The estimation of the biological age was calculated from the proportional, growth and weight age and for the calculation of the decimal age we used the equation from Šelingerová (1992). In order to analyse the data we used the basic descriptive statistics, the two-sample T - test, the analysis of variance, the correlation and the linear regression. Results: The results revealed that there is no significant relationship r2 = 0,04 % between the level of mesomorphy (rated by Heath - Carter) and the performance in neuromotoric. Further, subsequent analysis of the separate muscle component in...
Analysis of the game performance in relation to different types of the match mini-basketball players.
Dvořáková, Pavla ; Velenský, Michael (advisor) ; Kokštejn, Jakub (referee)
Title: Analysis of the game performance in relation to different types of the match mini-basketball players. Objectives: The objective of this study is analysis and comparison of the selected performance indicators of the player in relation to the current competiton system in the Czech minibasketball (5x5 vs 3x3 with one basket). Methods: As a research method, the method of observation of the video recordings. Using the basic statistic and arithmetic methods, the measured data were processed statistically and consequently, graphically also. Results: It was discovered that frequency of selected performance indicators is higher , for the whole team as well as individual players in form of modified minibasketball 3x3, in most cases. Key words: 5x5, 3x3, performance indicators, modification, U11, U12, Baskeťáci TJ Sokol Josefov
The relationship between physcal fitness and body somatotype in soccer
Hrušková, Lucie ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Šťastný, Petr (referee)
Title: The relationship between physcal fitness and body somatotype in soccer Author: Lucie Hrušková Head of work: Mgr. Jakub Kokštejn, Ph.D. Objectives: To find relationship between physical fitness and body compositon in young soccer players in Povltavská football academy Methods: The main scientific method was observation. The research sample consisted of 25 young players (9.9 ± 0.4 years). Physical fitness wass measured by Unifittest 6-60 a body somatotype was measured according to Heath-Carter method. Correlation analysis was used for identifying of relationships between variables. Results: A significant correlation (r = -0.62; p˂0,001) we found endomorphic between the component and the assay score UNIFITTEST (6-60). This relationship indicates a higher level of physical fitness of players with lower levels of fat. Upon closer analysis of individual tests UNIFITTEST 6-60, we found a significant relationship only between the shuttle endomorph and endurance test. Furthermore it was found above the average test score Unifettestu (6-60) in 76% of the players. More than half the players (52%) are ektomorph - mezomorphs or mesomorphic - ektomorph, which is considered the best category somatotype for physical (sports) activities. Key words: somatotype, physical strenght, endomorph komponent,...

Effects of high intensity interval training on aerobic and anaerobic performance of football players aged 14 and 15
Šonský, Dominik ; Frýbort, Pavel (advisor) ; Kokštejn, Jakub (referee)
Title: Effects of high intensity interval training on aerobic and anaerobic performance of football players aged 14 and 15 Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to establish the effect of a seven-day training programme HIIT on aerobic and anaerobic performance of football players in the age category of U-14 and U-15. Methods: High intensity interval training Result: After a seven-week training programme HIIT there was an average increase of aerobic performance in the programme partakers by 3.2 ml.min-1 .kg-1 which is a relatively large difference, compared with EX2 who underwent an ordinary training programme. In the long jump presenting anaerobic performance, these players improved by 8.3 cm on average, while in the second group EX2 the results improved by 6.4 cm on average. Keywords: football, high intensity interval training, aerobic performance, anaerobic performance, category U-15
The relationship between motor performance and body composition in football
Zerzán, Miloš ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Gryc, Tomáš (referee)
Title: The relationship between motor performance and body composition in football Author: Miloš Zerzán Head of work: Mgr. Jakub Kokštejn, Ph.D. Aim: To determine the current level of motor performance and somatotype among football players (9-10 years old). To determine the relationship between motor performance (evaluated by UNIFITTEST 6-60) and somatotype among football players at older mite team (9-10 years). Methods: Total sample was consisted of 25 players who underwent anthropometric measurements to determine the somatotype according to the method of Heath-Carter and UNIFITTEST 6-60 for the evaluation of basic motor performance. Results: It was found that 72 % of the tested players achieved above-average evaluation in UNIFITTEST 6-60. The tested football players had a lower portion of subcutaneous fat considering the physical constitution. In our study we did not find significant relationship between selected indicators of motor performance and physical somatotype. Although the level of motor performance was rather above-average and the value of subcutaneous fat was relatively low, our results suggest that these determinants of individual game performance are not closely related. Key words: motor skills, somatotype, UNIFITTEST 6-60, physical fitness, children, football

The success of selected gaming activities in a match for the player function - forward in football with a view the differing performance on competition.
Kučaba, Michael ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Frýbort, Pavel (referee)
Title of the thesis: The success of selected gaming activities in a match for the player function - forward in football with a view the differing performance on competition. Objective of the thesis: Finding the frequency and success of selected individual actions offensive game character with gaming functions forward in football with a view to a different performance level of the competition. Solving methods: For the analysis, the chosen method of indirect observation by video. Analyzed were selected games from the 2nd and 3rd highest Czech football league. Results: Greater success in gaming activities " pass " and " taking the ball forward" was recorded for players in the 2nd highest competition, in comparison with players in the 3rd top competition. Conversely, in gaming activities " possession " and " the number of touches " were clearly more active players Benesov. Probably the biggest diference, we saw in game activities " headers fight " in favor of the players from the second league. Very low numbers we have seen in gaming activities " circumvention rival" in both competitions. Key words: Soccer, forward, individual game performance, game activities, the percentage success rate, frequency, method of indirect observation.
