Merger of Daughter Companies

The subject of the Thesis titled “Mergers of Daughter Companies” is a suggestion of a method of merger of daughter companies of agricultural division of existing corporate group – AGROFERT HOLDING, a.s. The first part introduces the mother company and the daughter companies which were suggested for the mergers, and furthermore specifies other options of corporate transformations permitted by Commercial Code. The second part includes analysis of feasibility of mergers and possible options thereof. It also includes an explanation of legal rules on the chosen method of corporate transformation – an equity takeover. The last part contains a project of merger of daughter companies, including a timeline thereof, contract on equity takeover and related documents.

Experimental application of robotic arm using industrial communication protocols

This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the most well-known industrial protocols and acquaintance with the Dobot Magician robotic arm. The main goal of this thesis is to create an industrial loop, which consists of communication – client and server. The individual components of the industrial loop consist of three robotic arms (including peripherals), their control units (in our case Raspberry PI 3B +), switch, and a server. The control units communicate with the server using two selected industrial protocols, namely Modbus TCP and EtherNET/IP. The result of the work is an endless loop, which tries to resemble the real operation of the assembly and disassembly of the box equipped with dierent items.

This bachelor thesis deals with description of robotic kit Bioloid Robotis Premium, both the hardware and the possibility of usable software and subsequent construction of the robot humanoid type. The aim is to familiarize with the available and an additional sensor technology, then revive the robot and programme it in two demo versions related to the interaction of the surroundings.

Progress and long time effects of the animation as a method of work with adolescents

Diploma thesis "The course and long-term effects of animation as a method of working with adolescents" deals with the methods of working with endangered youth in the field and in the low-threshold facility for children and youth. It represents the reflection of the development of the methodology of the work of a particular organization in the Vltava housing estate in České Budějovice in the perspective of six years, when the author also worked here with a break. This time perspective makes it possible to help assess whether and to what extent the chosen approach appears to be effective. Above all, it allows to monitor the development of clients' life paths during a sensitive period from adolescence to adulthood. The potential of animation over other guiding and prevention systems can be to focus on activation, respect for life situations and the needs of clients, which are largely developmental, but also reflects social and psychological deficits in specific individual cases as well as in group life. Phenomenologically and ethnographically oriented research follows the previous author's qualification work and monitors the development of the contact center client community in the context of workers' suggestions and spontaneous life events. Flooding in the Czech Republic in 2002 from the perspective of victims and helpers: implications for the organization of the help, psychosocial aspects of the help

A survey of 492 households, which were struck by floods in the Czech Republic in 2002, has been carried out in collaboration with the Czech Caritas in winter of 2003/2004 in all the struck regions of the Czech Republic. Structured interview technique administered by interviewers was chosen and supplemented with several scales and was focused on the issues of the course of the flood, impact on the household, of the provided and needed help, and of the psychological impact of the event. Within another part of the research, professional helpers reflected their own experience too. The results are focused primarily on the issues of the needs of the victims in relation to the impact of deluges, on the organization of the help, on the impact of deluges on the minds of victims, and on the psychosocial aspects of the aid.
