Life-threatening bleeding and possibilities of application of transfusion products in pre-hospital care

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of life-threatening bleeding and the possibilities of transfusion application already in pre-hospital care. As regards transfusions applied in pre-hospital emergency care, this is a relatively new issue that is currently taking place in the Czech Republic through clinical research, therefore the bachelor's thesis does not contain much data from pre-hospital emergency care. Thesis is divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part, the anatomy and physiology of the body's blood circulation and physiological hemostasis are briefly described for better orientation in this area. Subsequently, the issue of bleeding is described along with its characteristics including the division and following development of hemorrhagic shock up to multi-organ dysfunction syndrome. Symptoms and therapies taking place in pre-hospital emergency care at the scene of the event by a paramedic. In conclusion, the issue of transfusion is addressed, from characteristics to product types, application principles, history and current therapy taking place in pre-hospital emergency care. The practical part was carried out through qualitative research, using the method of semi-structured interviews, which were anonymous, recorded in the course and subsequently processed. There were prepared 25 questions in advance for the interview, divided into 6 categories, to which I was answered by a total of 7 paramedics. The interviews took place at the exit groups of the South Bohemian Region Health Rescue Service. The data collected represented the awareness of paramedics about the issue and therapeutic procedures from the point of view of the rapid medical assistance crew.

These days, with life comes complicated situations that one have to face every day. We all face stres, which in certain moments leeds to burnout. We are talking here about people working above their limits and don't know how to properly relax. Affected professions include especially helping proffesions, which means saniatrists, teachers, social workers and others. Actually, we can count any profession as affectable with burnout. To make sure our everyday stress situations will not lead to burnout, we need to precede it. Effective measures against burnout include healthy lifestyle, lots of human realitionships, upkeeping fair life environment, relaxation, etc.

National parks in the Czech Republic and their legal regulation Abstract The subject of this master theses are national parks in the Czech Republic and their legal regulation. The main legal document that regulates the issue of national parks in our country, is the Act No. 114/1992 Coll., On Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended. This Act has been significantly amended and its wording has been in force since 2017. For the most part, this new regulation affected especially national parks that represent the most important and strictly protected areas in the Czech Republic. Although, in practice the amendment has not yet been fully reflected, as some institutes are still in the process of negotiation or approval. The aim of this thesis is therefore by means of methods of description, analysis and comparison comprehensively summarize regulation of the existing national parks and at the same time in the light of the previous legislation to compare it and analyze. Subsequently, critically evaluate the extent to which the Czech legislator has managed to create an effective legal regulation responding to the current needs of nature protection. Insolvency Proceedings and the Institute of Personal Bankruptcy

This Diploma thesis deals with insolvency proceedings with greater focus on the institute of personal bankruptcy. The thesis is divided into eight chapters and aims to provide a theoretical background and legal analysis of insolvency law, its course and kinds of insolvency proceedings with emphasis on the institute of personal bankruptcy. The practical part is based on the analysis of specific insolvency proceedings at the Regional Court in Prague and points out problematic or controversial passages of the Insolvency law, then work suggests legislation, de lege ferenda, along with the creation of a specific set of recommendations and practical information for debtors.
