Educational targets: between gallery and school

Annotation: The diploma thesis analyzes level of quality of gallery educating systems in educational institutions. It focuses on city of Kutná Hora and Gallery of the Central Bohemia Region. In its theoretical part it focuses on characterization of gallery educating systém and shows that musems and galleries can offer educative activities of great value. It describes its origins and tradition in the Czech Republic. It describes its methods and goals, characters of educators, their role in educating programs. It focuses on how it works as part of curricular documents and describes how space can affect quality of educational process. The second part introduces Gallery of the Central Bohemia Region Kutná Hora and its center for education LC GASK, its goals and visions of. It describes what activities LC GASK offers and not only for schools. The third part describes experience from three points of view. The first point of view is of child participating in the educational programs, the child was actually the author of the diploma thesis. The second is a teacher who tries to offer educational programs to students and it also shows difficulties which exist in this process and trying to deal with these difficulties. On the other side of the world. Japanese woodcut, its roots and differences

KEY WORDS Japan, visual culture, woodcut, woodblock print, Ukiyo-e ANOTATION During her stay in Japan, the student will gather and analyze aspects of visual communication and culture focusig on Japanese woodcut technique Ukiyo-e. She will study appropriate specialized literature on the subject of Japanese woodcut and try to formulate her experience based on her european views. She will use her own knowledge as well as the knowledge gained from the specialized literature and provide space for the comparison of Japanese and European visual culture. In the didactic part, the student will deal with the project of educational art exercise based on specifics of the Japanese art language of Ukiyo-e. In the author's part, the student will focus on application of Japanese specifics of Ukiyo-e art language on her work.
Working with children in a gallery: Developing an educative program for an independent gallery space of contemporary art

The study deals with the creation of gallery educational programs based on cooperation with artists and curators. The text is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part we try to define theoretical discursive field of art, galleries and gallery education. In the practical part we design gallery educational programs in cooperation with the artists and verify them with the children's group. Humour in Art Education

Master's thesis is devoted to the topic of humor in art education. The aim of the thesis is to define the basic theoretical humor in the theoretical part of the work, plus accompany the humor theme with fine arts to highlight the place of humor in education. The aim of the empirical part is to characterize own artwork using humor, describe the series of realized artworks with humorous themes, especially mapping humor in art education. In master's thesis the theoretical basis of humor is outlined at a general level, in conjunction with visual arts and pedagogy. Own work with humorous elements constitutes an author's book. It contains thematic series of art tasks with humorous themes and their reflection. The main focus of the thesis lies in a qualitative research study of manifestations of humor in art education based on direct observation of lessons in art education. To analyze data, the Mayring's Qualitative Content Analysis is used. As the main aim of the research was determined to map the utilization and character of humor in teaching with three art teachers. Within the interpretation of research findings on the sample, the concept of humor in lessons with various art teachers was differentiated. ABSTRACT: The thesis - Contemporary art at school - post internet age is about current arts occasions, concretely Post internet art. I try to state and define this kind of art and place post internet art to context with art education afterwards. Specific art pieces and their similarities in related zones of art are reflected in didactic transformations. The research is focused on difficulties, which can come into the art education lessons. It is realized with different methods, on different kind of school. In concluision my original art piece is bringing more comprehensive knowledge about post internet art.
