The fisrt part consists of theoretical background, on which are based the following chapters. Second part is analysis of current situation of the company. The last part contains analysis of requirements, selection of appropriate solution and a plan of implementation of the selected information system in the company.

The bachelor thesis analyzes the current state of the information system developed by NeoHealth s.r.o in a non-state health facility in Stupava. The first part contains theoretical information from the field of information systems and methods of analysis. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the medical facility and the information system itself. In the last part there is an evaluation of the information system analysis and its own solution suggestions which should lead to higher efficiency of the information system.

This thesis is focused on the selection of an information system and its subsequent implementation in the company. Theoretical background is presented for better understanding of this topic. The issue is solved by processing of selected analyses to identify gaps and problem areas across the whole company. The knowledge gained is used to suggest the change in the context of the system selection issue, which is done through coarse and fine selection, subsequent implementation and evaluation of the benefits of introduced changes.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the description of a chosen company, analysis of its current state and competitive environment and identification of its information technologies. The work also provides an application design for the company, which is meant to store data about products purchased by customers and to monitor the regularity of service inspections. The main advantage of the application is the automation of cooperation with clients and providing an overview concerning the status of individual products.

This bachelor thesis deals with the relationship between an employer and an employee in the ABC company. The theoretical part decribes the fundemental terms of employment relations from the legal, economical, tax and accounting point of view. The terms are further used in the analytic part of this thesis. On the basis of the analysis dealing with the current situation there are suggested possible solutions to the issue of a shortage of qualified employees.

The thesis contains an analysis of the mobile device market, the mobile application market for the presence of similar applications and the design of a database and application functions. The conclusion of the thesis focuses on the evaluation of the final design of the solution using selected methods.

This master‘s thesis focuses on assessment of a particular part of information system of selected company and its ICT modification proposal. This thesis explains the problematics of information systems, business process management (BPM) and robotic process automation (RPA) in its theoretical part, then focuses on the current situation and detailed analysis of the selected business process. The final part provides a modification proposal using business process management and robotic process automation technology. The aim of the thesis is to design a solution that will optimize information system via process automation and robotization thus reducing work time, error rate and costs while increasing efficiency of this company.
