The project deals with building a family house in Kuřim. The building is designed as a detached house with garage for one car. The object has two floors, no basement. The building is situated parallel with the adjacent roads. Floor plan of the building is regular. Visual appearance of house does not affect the street and adjacent detached houses. The main entrance to the house and driveway are oriented to the road (northwest). The bearing walls are designed from the sand-lime bricks (with ETICS insulation). Ceilings are designed from the ceramic-concrete panels. The house has a shed roof, above the garage and main entrance is a flat roof.

The Bachelor’s thesis solves a design of the modern family house in village called Sverepec, nearby Považská Bystrica town. It is a two-storied building with single flat roof. Objekt is designed for 3 or 4 inhabitants. The main construction system are brick walls constructed from Porotherm clay blockfulfils insulated by styrofoam. The Bachelor’s thesis includes an executive documentation and seminar thesis - which contains construction details.
FAMILY HOUSE IN HVĚVOTÍN

This Bachelor Thesis is a project of a family house in Hněvotín. It is a detached house built in the “L shape” with one underground and two aboveground floors. The building is designed for a family of four. In the basement of the building there is a playroom, a gym, a bathroom and a utility room. On the ground floor there is a vestibule with an entry to the garage and the hall. From the hall we can enter the toilet or the living room which is connected to the kitchen and the dining room. There is a half landing staircase leading from the living room to the first floor or the basement. On the first floor there is another hall, which leads to the storage room, two nurseries, bathroom and a bedroom with an on suite bathroom. The whole first floor is designed as a loft. The roofing is made of clay roofing tiles Tondach. Vertical peripheral masonry in the basement consists of concrete formwork blocks Dito ZB 400x300x250 mm. The basement internal bearing wall and the bearing wall above ground both consist of ceramic bricks Porotherm 30 P+D 247x300x238 mm. The horizontal structural frame consists of ceiling beams Pot and inserts Miako from the Porotherm system. The only exception is the ceiling system in the garage where it is stylized into a monolithic reinforced concrete panel.

The bachelor thesis is the project of the family house with two floors in Ľubotice. It is a detached house with a partial basement in form of a letter T. The building is designed for four people. There is a laundry, gym, technical room, storage and wine cellar in the basement. The first elevated floor is divided into a dressing room, vestibule with the entrance into a garage and bathroom, living room connected with dining room and kitchen, and guest room. There is an entrance into the outdoor terrace in a living room and guest room. Garage is proposed for two cars and does not have a basement. In the second floor there are two bedrooms for children, workroom, chamber, bathroom and bedroom with separate bathroom and dressing room. The vertical external bearing constructions in the basement are made of concrete blocks Prescot MAX 250x300x500 mm. The vertical external bearing constructions of the elevated part of the house are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 42.5 Ti Profi 248x425x249 mm. The vertical internal bearing constructions are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 25 AKU P+D 372x250x238 mm. The vertical internal non-bearing constructions are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 11.5 AKU P+D 497x115x238 mm. The horizontal bearing constructions are made of the ceramic girders Pot and the inserts Miako of the ceiling system Porotherm. The gabled roof has 40°, the roof coat is made of the concrete folded roof bag Bramac.

My Bachelor's Thesis consists of the concept and elaboration of the project documentation of a detached house on the parcel No. 5696/2, Land Register Krnov. Ground plan of this detached house is regular rectangular with dimensions 12.0 x 8.5 meters. The house contains two floors and no cellar. Vertical constructions are made of Ytong-wall-system, horizontal constructions are made of ferroconcrete. Over the 2nd floor there is a roof frame carrying a saddle roof.

There are rooms for living at the second floor.There is a sloped shed roof. The house has an terrace made of concrete pavement. It is accessible from bedroom and bathroom. The building site is situated at mild terrain.

The subject of this work is the solution of a detached family house in the village Kuřim. It is a cellarless, two-storey building with a covered parking place for one car. The Shape of the building is rectangular with single cased flat roof. The house is situated in gently sloping land mainly in the area of houses. The main entrance to the building is situated on the west and the entrance to the site from the north. The lighting and ventilation of all rooms is provided by windows. Horizontal and vertical main structures of the building are designed of the building system Heluz.

The building has two floors, partial cellar, covered flat roof. Vertical structure in combination of permanent shuttering and POROTHERM ceramic system, ceilings are made from ceramic systém POROTHERM MIAKO too. Structure of the roof is solved by single skin flat roof.

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is new-building family house in Myjava. In the house is one living room on the first floor and four are in the second floor. The building is set in sloping terrain. It has two floors and one underground floor. Second floor is solved in the attic. It is a brick building, which is the system POROTHERM with a combination of BTB fittings in the basement. Roofing is solved by gabled roof with a pitch 32° and 37°.

The bachelor thesis is a project of a family house with two floors in Myjava. It is a detached house with a partial basement. The plan of the building is in the rectangular shape. The family house is designed for a family with four or five members. In the basement, there are situated storage, technical room, corridor, gym, storey for fruit and vegetables, laundry and staircase. Through the main entrance we reach the ground floor. The ground floor consists of vestibule, corridor with the entrance to the garage, bathroom and toilet. Then we enter from corridor to guest room, staircase, living room and the dining room connected with the kitchen. From the kitchen is an entrance to the outdoor terrace. The garage is proposed for one car with motorbikes, optionally for two smaller cars. This part of the house does not have a basement. On the first floor are situated two bedrooms for children, bedroom, toilet and bathroom. There is also a balcony, which has an access from bedroom and bedroom and bedroom for children. The vertical external bearing constructions in the basement are made of concrete blocks Premac DT30 500x300x250 mm. The vertical external bearing constructions of the elevated part of the house are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 30 Profi 250x300x249 mm. The vertical internal bearing constructions are also made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 30 Profi and ceramic blocks Porotherm 25 SK Profi 245x250x249 mm. The vertical non-bearing constructions are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 11,5 AKU P+D 497x115x238 mm. The horizontal bearing constructions are made of the ceramic girders Pot and inserts Miako of the ceiling system Porotherm. The roof is gabled with slope 37° and 35°,which is kinked above the garage at the angle 16°,the roof coat is made of the concrete folded roof bag Bramac.
