Design of Innovation Organizations Selected Sporting Events

The BA thesis focuses on a proposal for innovation of organization of a basket-ball tournament. The thesis consists of a theoretical and analytical part and the proposal proper. A survey was employed in order to investigate the relevant status of basketball-related activities in Slovakia. The thesis includes a detailed financial, marketing and management plan for the sporting event in question.

Analysis of Financing Floorball Clubs

This thesis analyzes the financing of two selected floorball clubs, the results summarize the possible sources of revenue needed to cover the total costs associated with the activities of these clubs. It describes what it's floorball, its history, how the financing of sport in general, what are the types of non-profit organizations and what can be sources of income, including, for example advertising or sponsorship. The works are also two draft budgets for the fictitious club by participating in various competitions.

The purpose of the thesis is to show all the important information for creating sport league at the secondary schools. It analyzes the current situation and suggests a particular solution.

Innovation Marketing Strategy of International Athletics Competition in the High Jump

The bachelor thesis deals with the marketing strategy of the Beskydská laťka. In the theoretical part a terminology of marketing and marketing strategy is defined. The practical part is focused on a design of marketing strategies. At First necessary information has to be gathered, which serves as a source for analysis of the current state of promotion and communication of Beskydská laťka. In the following part of the work there are suggestions described how to reach higher efficiency of the marketing strategy of this event. Based on the results of the analysis a proposal of a modernization marketing strategy is carried out.

The Bachelor Thesis deals with an innovation of marketing strategies of sports organization DANCE STUDIO B-FRESH. The theoretical basis of the work focuses on the general theory of marketing, specifics and trends of sports marketing. The analysis of the current situation describes in detail the whole organization. It is used together with the survey results for my own innovation proposals.

The Project Selected Leisure Time Activities for Children

Aim of the thesis was to design leisure time activities for 6-14 years old children under Centre for Sport Activities, Brno University of Technology (CESA VUT). Three sport courses – tennis, athletics and ball games were suggested and thein content as well as propagation outlined. Membership fee was calculated using cost analysis together with analysis of competive environment in similar sport activities in Brno.
