aim of this diploma thesis. The work is specialised in bibliometrics, informetrics, scientometrics, citation index, quantitative methods and sources of information in agriculture. The practical part of this paper is an analysis of the scientific journal JFAE (Journal of food, agriculture and environment), its registration in the citation index, the application of Lotka's law, and matching key words with the thesaurus Agrovoc.

Analysis of personal data processing processes at the Local Municipality Authority of Praha-Vinoř

This thesis proposes practical solution for to the current issue, that is personal data protection by the General Data Protectinon Regulation (GDPR) in processes oconducted at particular workspace. This workspace is the Local Municipality Authority of Praha-Vinoř. The aim of the thesis is detection of personal data in particular processes and the legality of such processing. In this research it was necessary to define the term of personal data, because the regulation norm itself defines it relatively vaguely. For this definition matrix instrument was used. For detection of personal data in processes conducted at particular workspace, the legality of such instance, but also for the survey of relations between processes Business System Planning method developed by IBM Corporation was used. Research detected instance of personal data, which means that processing of them took place, and the legality of such processing. At the same time it was possible to describe relations among other elements of this environment. As the methodology as well as research results are applicable in context of technical measures regulation, and also for internal regulation of personal data processing.

The study of azaphthalocyanines interactions with unilamellar liposomes I.

Three types of different octasubstituted zinc azaphthalocyanines (ZIP-44Zn, ZIP-21Zn and ZIP-65Zn) were incorporated into liposomes made from dioleoylphosphatidylcholine (DOPC). These dyes were incorporated into LUVETs (large unilamellar vesicles made by extrusion technique) which were obtained from suspension of multilamellar vesicles. Fluorescence spectra of the dyes in LUVETs were measured. The binding constants of azaphthalocyanines with LUVETs were calculated. Absorption spectra of the dyes in LUVETs were also measured and extinction coefficients were calculated. We found out that ZIP-44Zn (n-octylsulphanyl substituents) was present in DOPC liposomes only in very small amount while the other two dyes were incorporated in high concentration into LUVETs. This fact was connected with the level of aggregation of water insoluble AzaPc. ZIP-44Zn contains long alkyl chains as substituents on periphery. These substituents do not inhibit sufficiently the aggregation in water medium or in lipid bilayer. On the other hand, ZIP-21Zn and ZIP-65Zn contain bulky substituents on periphery and they were incorporated in large amount in phospholipid bilayer of liposomes.

Activities, tasks and aims of the International Society for Knowledge Organization (ISKO)

The bachelor thesis presents acitivities, tasks and aims of International Society for Knowledge Organization (ISKO). The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part describes the society today and also its history. The second part gives an overview of national chapters of ISKO and their activities. The third part discusses the ISKO presence in the Czech Republic and the fourth part examines themes of periodicals published by ISKO, namely of Knowledge Organization journal and series of conference proceedings Advances in Knowledge Organization, during years 2008 - 2012. The theme is determined using the first two levels of the Classification System for Knowledge Organization Literature and by sorting the articles and proceedings into different thematic classes. The most numerous topic in the periodicals was on-line retrieval systems and technologies.

Content checking of book collections of National technical library

The aim of this work is to describe and analyze procedures of the content checking of collections in the State Technical Library, respectively, in the National Technical Library. The content checking of collections is concerned with evaluation of the library fund from several points to achieve the best currency and usability of this special fund. Unsuitable library documents are suggested to the withdraw. Today is this activity practiced in the Department of the content checking of the library fund, where are monographs and serials separately evaluated. In this bachelor's work are different approaches to content checking and documents write off explained. There are also sketched changes in the work of the Department, planned due to expanding of the library fund for documents from libraries incorporated in future. The fund profile of selected library in the view of representation of topic of the new religions, sects and magic.

Thesis describes a basic analysis of the acquisition, processing, access to and use of titles in the topics of new religions, sects and magic in the Municipal Library in Prague. The work is based on theoretical definition of topics of new religions, sects and magic, and their division into sub-topics. A separate chapter is devoted to theoretical description of the decomposition of the library system. In the practical part is an analysis of 30 selected publications representing these topics. This part is based on the method of structured interviews with employees of the selected library, observation and data processing of computerized library information system (bibliographic records, anonymized logs borrowing). Historical collections in memory institutions in region of Ústí nad Labem

The goal of this paper is to describe historical book collections in memory institutions in region of Ústí nad Labem. I examined the list of libraries in the region of Ústí nad Labem if there is a historical book collection. In case there was one, I describede the memory institution, its history and organization and the historical collection if it was possible. There are important definitions related to historical collections in this paper, then brief history of libraries (in the Czech state). Then there is a list of the cities in the region of Ústí nad Labem, their brief history and definition of memory institution and its collection if there was any. The list of cities is classified alphabetically and every institution has its own subhead related to the city which they are located in.

Image documentation of historical book holdings and its potential application

Tematicky je bakalářská práce zaměřena na oblast ochrany knihovních fondů, která se zabývá zpřístupňováním a preventivní ochranou vzácných originálů v rámci ochranného reformátování. Popsán je vývoj, jednotlivé formy a typy analogového obrazového záznamu se zřetelem na historické fondy vybraných institucí. Důraz je kladen na historický kontext v souvislosti s novým problémem zpracování a zpřístupňování sekundárních obrazových informací, které by mohly být významným doplňkem zpřístupňování vzácných památek. Práce je rozdělena do 4 hlavních kapitol. V první je zohledněno chronologické a strukturální hledisko vývoje fotografie a mikrofilmu, zachyceny jsou nejčastěji používané typy obrazového záznamu na bázi želatinové vrstvy. Druhá kapitola je věnována výsledkům průzkumu obrazové dokumentace v NK ČR a KNM. Další část je rozdělena na vlastní ochranu fotografických materiálů včetně přehledu hlavních ohrožujících faktorů a na oblast ochrany primárních historických fondů, kdy největší pozornost je věnována nežádoucím účinkům světla při reprodukování a vystavování originálů. V poslední kapitole je popsáno několik specifických případů využití obrazové dokumentace při ochraně vzácných historických fondů. [Autorský abstrakt].

Web Modeling Language: overview

Bakalářská práce WebML: přehledová studie podává stručný přehled o metodologii WebML, zahrnující kompletní životní cyklus webové aplikace. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s jazykem WebML a naučit jej modelovat hypertext, proto je tedy v textu uvedeno množství příkladů. Práce se nejprve věnuje úloze a významu modelování v lidském poznání a popisuje vztah mezi skutečností a jejím modelováním. Dále čtenáře seznamuje se základními charakteristikami a vývojem modelovacího jazyka WebML a s aplikací Webratio, která jazyk WebML implementuje. Stěžejní části práce jsou věnovány dvěma oblastem. První z nich je datový model, jeho struktura a vztahy mezi jeho jednotlivými prvky. Druhou oblastí je hypertextový model. V této části jsou detailně popsány elementární části hypertextu jako jsou jednotky, stránky, odkazy, webové pohledy či možnosti jeho organizace.
