Remote training station

The purpose of the thesis is design and contruction of remote training station for training with Schneider Electric products. Its purpose is to introduce company PLCs, familirize user with configuring variable speed drives and servo drives and prezenting Machine Advisor and EcoStruxure Augmented Operator Advisor online servives The begining is dedicated to introduction to company and a range of its products in the field of industrial automation. In second chapter, I select components for building training station. Third chapter is dedicated to assembly of station. In fourth chaper I describe programing of individual elements and example.

Long term planning of water distribution network rehabilitation

This diploma thesis is about long-term rehabilitation planning of water distribution system. First part is about legislative demands on rehabilitation planning in Czech Republic and about methods used abroad to do long-term reahabilitation planning. Second part of thesis is about own created method based on TEA Water (application about condtition assessment of water supply infrastructure). This method is tested on fictional water network and on real water network of Babice nad Svitavou.

Coalition Formation in Multiagent Systems Using Genetic Algorithms

This thesis discusses the basics of software agents and the way they form the multiagent coalitions. Genetic algorithms are introduced as one of the methods of solving the coalition formation problem. MAPC 2018 competition is introduced, which inspired the final design and implementation of the solution by using the tools described. A demo project was created, in which agents communicate with the MASSim server and gather data which is then used as an input into the genetic algorithm. Its purpose is to assign the agents to the tasks based on the input data, so that the tasks can be accomplished in the most effective manner possible. The results of this algorithm are evaluated in experiments which are focused on the quality of the solutions found as well as the time required for the calculation.

Design of modular sports trophy system

Purpose of this bachelor thesis is design of modular system for trophy compilation. Modularity rests in possible usage for all three placements and different sports. System uses perpendicular contact of parts that ensures restriction of movement. Designed units are inspired by geometrical objects. Shape of resulting trophy is limited only by material characteristics and weight of base.

The Operation Assessment of Filtration Units

The first part of this bachelor's thesis deals with knowledge of water works filtration gathered from Czech and foreign literature. Following this information is a group of criterions evaluating the working of filtration units themselves. Water treatment in Hrobice and Kroměříž is assessed in the second part of this thesis.

Additional Treatment of Drinking Water at the Point of Consumption

This bachelor’s thesis deals with problem of pollution in drinking water during its transport towards consumers. It particularly deals issues with heavy metals such as lead, copper and sums up methods which can be used when trying to remove such metals at water connections or taps. Next, particular filter materials are described together with processes that happen during filtration. Finally, a short experiment has been performed for finding out the most appropriate filter material.

Water Treatment Plants in the Czech Republic

The thesis is aimed on establishing of well arranged catalogue of selected water treatment plants in the Czech Republic, with special regard to basic information about particular plants. The first part is focused on general information about Czech water treatment plants, followed by water treatment categorization using several criteria, and the most commonly used water treatment technologies in the Czech Republic. The fourth part of the thesis is concentrated on data acquisition and its evaluation. Last but one part is represented by description of the individually visited water treatment plant. Finally, the thesis is completed with a catalogue of basic information about selected water treatment plants.
