The master's thesis deals with drawing up a rural tourism business plan for the establishment of a family business. This business connects providing services within the rural family pension with an agricultural production. The aim of the thesis is to design the business plan on the basis of analysis, plans and risk assessment as decision support tool for future realization.

Quality of working life of selected groups of nurses

Bachelor thesis "Quality of working life in selected groups of nurses" presents a comparison of quality of working life of nurses in intensive care units and nurses in department for long-term illnesses. Theoretical part deals with the presentation of basic knowledge of quality of life and quality of working life. The folowing are the roles of nurses and characteristic of general activities carried out by nurses. Furthermore it focuses on the type sof workplaces, where it conducted its own research. Own research was conducted using questionnaires. Their task was to colect dates that coresponds to indicators of quality of working life and can evaluate quality of working life. The dates were evaluated using tables and graphs and results were compared with each other. Then the results were compared with the results of a survey conducted by the Center for research of public mening by Sociological Institute of the Academy of Sciences.

Teaching English to Adults: Needs Analysis

The main goal of this thesis is to explore the particularities of teaching English as a foreign language to adult learners in the Czech Republic, within the framework of the European Union. Language education of adults is explored in the context of lifelong learning. Three types of language courses for adults (In- house Courses, Exam Courses and In-company Courses) are described and the needs of adult language students are analysed via Needs Analysis Questionnaires. Financial analysis of chosen company

This thesis is focused on financial analysis, the aim of which is to assess the financial health of the company ASTRO Vlašim, spol. s r.o. in the years 2010 to 2014 and to determine its strengths and weaknesses. Working activity of the enterprise is the production of packaging machines.
The whole work consists of two parts; theoretical and practical.
In the context of the theoretical part there is explained the financial analysis by using professional literature, including all of its construction, such as its objectives, financial analysis, resource users, from which it is draw (balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow statement) and last but not least also the various methods of calculations.
The practical part deals with the characteristics of the investigated enterprise. In the following part there is direct application of the various methods of financial analysis that have been defined in the theoretical part, on the information obtained from company financial statements. Analysis results are interpreted, often by using tables or graphs for easier orientation.
According to the results of the financial analysis it is obvious that within the years 2010, 2011 the company was in the wrong, according to the solvency model even in bankruptcy situation. The situation has been reversed in 2012. In the year 2014 there have already been reported values of a financially healthy enterprise. Unless there are unexpected changes, the financial health of the company should stay at a good level.
