Bachelor's thesis deals with the providing of employee's benefits in the company Ecolab Hygiene s. r. o. Introductory part is focused on theoretical bases. Second part of the thesis is focused on analysis of the providing of employee's benefits regards to the taxation aspect. There are elaborated a few questions and subsequently performed a survey based on analysis established knowledge. In the final part solutions are proposed whose implementation should have positive impact on the current status improvement.

The Diploma Thesis deals with an intangible assets reporting in different accounting systems. The purpose of the Diploma Thesis is a comparison of intangible assets in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Czech and Slovak accounting rules. It presents the impact of the found problematic scopes on the relevance of data reporting in the concrete companies. It points out the necessity of harmonization of national accounting legislations.

This bachelor thesis is aimed at analysis of accounting software in a company Dixons Carphone CoE, s. r. o. Beginning of the thesis focuses on theoretical knowledge needed to fully understand the issue. Next part deals with accounting software analysis and problems connected to it. Based on gathered findings, several company criteria for choosing accounting software are set. Together with chosen suitable products, the analyzed accounting software is analyzed and rated. The final part contains proposals which should have a positive impact on the improvement of problem areas.

The master´s thesis is focused on the external audit. It is about a description of each stages and procedures for the audit of financial statements by an auditor. In the practical part, theoretical knowledge is applied to the selected corporations with focusing on audit procedures in the field of tangible and intangible fixed assets. The thesis contains descriptions of identified mistakes of each individual corporations and suggested solutions to overcome them.

The default information for the procedure and making audit of the financial statements is the theoretical and analytical part of the thesis, which is then based in the practical part, where are applied selected audit procedures in field of long-term assets and suggested specific recommendations for the company.

The bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of the selection of accounting software in the selected company. Using the available resources, describe the accounting system, the criteria that management has to determine and take into account in order to select the most suitable software for their company and what economic systems the Czech market offers. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of existing software and then to comparison with other products of our market and finally to the evaluation of detected facts.
