The issues of proving the use of pesticides in illegal poisoning of animals
Křížová, Iveta ; Cajthaml, Tomáš (advisor) ; Kukla, Jaroslav (referee)
Pesticide poisoning is a worldwide problem. Pesticides are chemicals designed to eliminate unwanted organisms. Many products are banned due to their toxicity, but they are still being abused. The problem arises in proving poisoning due to lack of evidence. Tracing chemicals using chemical attribution signatures is a relatively new method used in forensic sciences, but pesticides are understudied in this field. Characteristic compounds in chemicals are searched for that may provide the necessary information about produce and use illicit substances. This bachelor's thesis deals with the abuse of pesticide products in illegal poisoning of wildlife. Special attention is paid to carbofuran, which is the most frequently abused pesticide in the Czech Republic. The aim of the experimental part was to analyze carbofuran preparations and to prove that individual preparations differ qualitatively from each other.

Křížová, Iveta ; Horáček, Vít (advisor) ; Horáček, Tomáš (referee)
RESUMÉ AJ "Decision-making practice of the Office for the Protection of Competition in cases of proving qualification requirements in public tenders" The annual report of the Office for the Protection of Competition for the year 2014 comes to a conclusion that the most frequent mistake of a contracting authority is stipulation of disproportional (discriminating) qualification requirements. The objective of my paper is shedding light on selected contentious areas that are dealt with by the Office for the Protection of Competition, by regional courts or by the Supreme Administrative Court respectively, thus illustrating the most frequent mistakes committed by contracting authorities when stipulating qualification requirements. The paper is structured into several chapters for addressing the selected topic. The first part of the paper introduces the basic concepts and the institute of public tenders closely related to subsequent setting of qualification requirements while also referring to elementary judiciary practice. The subsequent chapters describe particular categories of qualification requirements like elementary qualification requirements, vocational qualification requirements, economical and financial qualification requirements, as well as technical qualification requirements. Each chapter showcases...
Binding of azaphthalocyanine on 5'-end of oligonucleotide - "click" chemistry
Křížová, Iveta ; Kopecký, Kamil (advisor) ; Švec, Jan (referee)
Charles University in Prague Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug Control Student: Iveta Křížová Supervisor: PharmDr. Kamil Kopecký, Ph.D. Title of diploma thesis: Binding of azaphthalocyanine on 5'-end of oligonucleotide - "click" chemistry This diploma thesis is focused on synthesis of pyrazin-2,3-dicarbonitrile derivates that are substituted with alkylamine substituents in location 5 and 6. Then cyclotetramerization of these compounds to the final azaphthalocyanines was realized. Alkylamine substituents were chosen in the way, that bond on 5'-end of oligonucleotide with terminal alkyn modification could be performed according to Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition. Azaphtalocyanine with one hydoxyl group was prepared and described. Preparation of intended structure with one azide group was unsuccessful. Azaphtalocyanines are characterized by important photophysical and photochemical properties. Therefor were these compounds characterized with NMR, IR and mass spectra. In section Theory was explained the principle of quenching of fluorescence, practical use of quenching and overview of up to date the most commonly used quencher of fluorescence. There is also comparing of their positive and negative properties and little bit outlining of properties...
Výrazové prvky současné architektury
Kokolia Křížová, Iveta
In the recent years, the process of architectural design has been evolving in a number of different ways, as it has always been the case. The goal, however, remains the same - to design a quality architecture. New forms and architectural elements have also emerged with the advent of modern technologies. What are the defined facts that enter into design and reveal the boundary between high-quality architecture and mere „building“? What signs could define the current period?
Proving qualification requirements in public tenders
Křížová, Iveta ; Horáček, Vít (advisor) ; Horáček, Tomáš (referee)
"Proving qualification requirements in public tenders" This rigorous thesis deals with the regulation of public procurement law with an emphasis on skills. In the Czech Republic is newly effective law No. 134/2016 Coll., about public procurement which was accepted in the context of the new European procurement directives. The law on public procurement, respectively provision relating to proof of qualification, is based on the Directive of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement, which repeals a previous procurement Directive 2014/18/EC. The new European procurement directives follows the trend of full computerization of public procurement, when this has obviously affected or soon will affect proof of qualification in public procurement. This rigorous thesis was taken into account previous legislation, when it was confronted with the new legislation. The authority during the procurement have to take into account current decision-making practise of supervisory authorities. It would seem that this duty is repealing now, because the decision-making practise of the law on public recruitment is still very poor. The opposite is true and I try to point out in this rigorous thesis. The authority could use existing decision-making practise adequately in many situations relating...

Thermal baths Yverdon, five senses in architecture
Křížová, Iveta ; Křikavová, Iva (referee) ; Koleček, Ivan (advisor)
The aim of this work is the solution spa area includes Yverdon les Bains. The existing facility does not meet both their needs, but mainly it is very closed. Park is closed to the public and within his right in the spa area there are several other barriers. Spa Park means to me park, promenade, people moving and elegance. At this point I feel the potential that could reopen the spa park outside world and effortlessly be connected to the outside world, with reference to its historical and thermal value. Therefore, I leave the pit area as much free, with public functions. The spa itself would not be contrary overload the body, but rather a place to stop and peaceful rest. That is why I put myself into a compact mass flowing above the park, which leave the most relaxed movement of people and devote themselves intimacy baths, views of the surroundings and contact with water, the sky opened atrium. Its shape and facade of the building creates a barrier, but rather is permeable and in contact with their surroundings and park.
