Waste Management Forecasting in the Czech Republic

Conclusions The objective of work was to describe in this forecasting target a future development of municipal waste management system in the CR by 2015 (2020), find out the most important factors and describe possible risks of the development thereof. Moreover, the partial objective was to specify instruments for the elimination of possible risks and propose measures for the implementation of relevant instruments. The future development of municipal waste industry in the CR is predetermined by the development of the Czech economics and environmental legislation. When considering cohesion of economics of the CR and EU countries the prognosis subject is connected with the condition of European economy in a near future, and with the process and results of laying down the European directives relevant to waste management. A result of the forecasting work is the ascertainment that serious problems are to be awaited by 2015 with reference to the predicted development of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of household (municipal) waste, requirements of legal regulations in the area of recycling and recovery of packaging waste, regulation and reduction of landfilling of waste, and restriction of energetic recovery of municipal waste declared by the Government. Making Production Concept for Planning of the Production Process

This diploma thesis is focused on examining the activities of production planning and examining the efficiency of the selected machine in the selected company. The theoretical part summarizes the most important findings and methods of lean manufacturing and corrective measures to prevent or eliminate downtime. In the analytical part, the selected machine is examined in terms of the production process, then an analysis of the current state and assessment of the collected data is performed. Furthermore, an analysis of the decision-making process in production planning for a selected machine was performed and shortcomings in planning were assessed. The practical part contains suggestions for removing the identified bottlenecks.
Secure Company System with a Corporate Social Responsibility Approach

The diploma thesis is focused on the emergence of danger at work. Related to this is the identification of risks and their management. It defines all emerging risks and their preventive measures. The main task of this activity is to minimize accidents in the workplace. Subsequently, the current level of occupational safety was assessed using a questionnaire obtained from the State Office of Labor Inspection. The work is divided into 4 categories. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis describes the key concepts that are necessary for the elaboration of a diploma thesis. Terms such as risk, threat, risk identification and risk assesment methods are explained. The conclusion of the theory includes BOZP, work-related injuries and a description of what the Safe Company certification means.The analytical part is an analysis of the current situation, BOZP assessment and risk management analysis of the main production process. The last practical part of the diploma thesis is focused on preventive measures in the main production process using FMEA analysis and proposing BOZP improvements.
Creating a Secure Company in the Selected Industry

This diploma thesis deals with the investigation of possible dangers threatening human health+ that may arise during activities in the construction company P&P Stavební společnost and the health and safety management system in the company. The introductory chapter introduces the construction company and its focus. The next chapter presents the theoretical background and concepts occurring in the thesis. In the following chapter, the risks of a specific company order were identified and quantified using the FMEA method, and the completed "Check-list" required to obtain the Safe Company certificate is given. Lastly, there are proposed solutions to reduce the identified risks and to successfully obtain the Safe Company certificate.
Design of Order Planning and Order Cost Management

The bachelor’s thesis deals with an evaluation of the situation of individual entities from a selected company on the basis of information and documentation provided by the company. The thesis consists of theoretical part and practical part, of which theoretical part consists of individual definitions which are related to the thesis, it deals in more detail with claims which then helps realization of the analysis in the practical part. The practical part focuses on the analysis of supplier-customer relationships within individual entities of the selected company. The invoices issued in 2020 within the entities provided by the company were subjected to the analysis. The results of the analysis were then evaluated, commented and on the basis of the results are written recommendations for improvements and innovations in the company.
Proposal of Cost Calculation for Business Activities

The bachelor thesis focuses on the problems of creating a costing system in the company. The aim of this thesis is to propose a more effective way of cost calculation by using the modern calculation method with cost allocation to activities, the ABC method (Activity-based costing). The theses is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basic division of costs, definition of key concepts of cost calculations and the characteristics of the ABC method and its application in practice. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is based on the knowledge summarized in the theoretical part of this theses, this part includes an analyse of the current method of cost calculation in the company. The final part of the theses contains a proposal of a new method of cost calculation by using the ABC method and the benefits of this method for the company.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the solution and analysis of the order process in the company Teknia Uhersky Brod, a.s., which deals with the production of plastic parts by injection molding. The first part of the thesis introduces the company, then describes the theoretical basis of the work on the issue. In the practical part, an analysis of the order and the business environment (internal and external) is performed. For the identified weaknesses are further designed solutions, which should lead to the elimination of these shortcomings. The conclusion describes the conditions of implementation and benefits of proposed solutions.
