Focused eletron beam induced deposition
Juřík, Karel ; Zmeškal, Oldřich (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jan (advisor)
Within this work, a set of depositions induced by focused electron beam was prepared. The depositions were prepared in the presence of water vapours from trimethyl(methylcyclopentadienyl)platinum(IV) precursor. The dependence of prepared materials purity on beam accelerating voltage and water vapour pressure was measured. The best platinum content was achieved at (27,2 ± 0,4) at. %, with beam accelerating voltage 5 kV, beam current 1600 pA and water vapour pressure 100 Pa. Due to subsequent long-term exposure to light, air humidity and air oxygen, the platinum content was increased to (39,2 ± 2,1) at. %.
Preparation and characterization of perovskite solar cells
Juřík, Karel ; Salyk, Ota (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jan (advisor)
This work deals with the perovskite photovoltaic cells. The first part summarises the basic information about this technology and shows the most important milestones in its development. Following part includes the parameters required to characterise the electric properties of a photovoltaic cell and the assessment of its quality. The experimental part of this thesis aims to describe the influence of the annealing time of the perovskite active layer on the final efficiency of created solar cells. The best results were determined to be achieved with the annealing time of 90 minutes.
System for measurement and control of pressure in vacuum apparatus
Sedlar, Jan ; Jurik, Karel
This paper summarizes the development and implementationof a device designed for controlling and operatinga vacuum gas chamber. Multiple vacuum gauges, a gas pump anda valve can be connected to the device. Communication betweenthe user and the system occurs via a large touch screen withan organized interface. The article describes the current state ofdevelopment and outlines future improvement possibilities andpotential applications.
System for measurement and control of pressure in vacuum apparatus
Sedlář, Jan ; Steinbauer, Miloslav (referee) ; Juřík, Karel (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to create a system for measurement and control of gas pressure with available vacuum components in vacuum apparatus. After conducting research in the introductory sections of the thesis to better understand the issue and determine suitable problem-solving approaches, the goal of the thesis was implemented based on the theoretical design. The chapters of the thesis discuss the selection of appropriate components and their integration into the functional unit. Both hardware and software solutions implemented in the thesis are described. The automated pressure control in the apparatus is built upon multiple supporting resources of hardware and software nature, which combined create an automatically designed controller that enables easy achievement of the desired operating point for further research in the vacuum apparatus.
System for control of high-frequency power source with reflected power measurement
Zoufalý, Ondřej ; Drexler, Petr (referee) ; Juřík, Karel (advisor)
This thesis briefly describes the function of the selected high-frequency technology and its use. Furthermore, the thesis contains a discussion of the method of designing a system for control of high-frequency power source with reflected power measurement, after which the selection of suitable components is carried out based on pre-selected parameters. Subsequently, the method of powering and cooling the system is proposed. This is followed by the actual assembly of the system and testing of its functionality and measurement of system parameters. In the last part, selected parts of the printed circuit board of this system are described and justified.
From Magnetic Resonance To The Low Earth Orbit: Simulation Aided Design Of Birdcage Antenna With Application In The Atmosphere-Breathing Electric Propulsion Engine
Juřík, Karel
This paper deals with the design and validation of the birdcage coil and with the proposalof its implementation into the Atmosphere-Breathing Electric Propulsion Engine (ABEP).The coil was designed, analysed, and tuned using ANSYS HFSS software and the results wereevaluated against the measurement of the prepared prototype. The difference between the measuredand required frequency was approximately 2.7 %. Although the coil needs to be further optimized, the ability to achieve the desired frequency was demonstrated.
