In the Náchod Regional Hospital and the University Hospital in Hradec Králové. The theoretical part has 7 chapters where we describe the development and history of patients' rights, informed consent, negative reversal and previously expressed wishes. The empirical part is focused on the questionnaire survey, which concerns the rights of patients in a hospital, to the extent that patients in the hospitalized department are informed of their rights. The research section is supplemented by an interview with the Ombudsman from the Náchod Regional Hospital.
