Janková, Denisa Anna ; Kvapilová, Vendula (referee) ; Jelínek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Krnov city, located in the Moravian-Silesian region. The apartment building has three residental floors (and one basement floor) and has five residential units and common areas of the house. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of ceramic brick technology Porotherm and Heluz and lost formwork BEST. Horizontal structures are monolithic. The roof is made up of a flat roof with stabilizing layer from aggregate. The design emphasized increased comfort in use and the overall modern concept od an apartment building.
Mixed-use building in the Slavkov complex
Milota, Martin ; Krupica, Roman (referee) ; Jelínek, Petr (advisor)
The building in a question is a new build mixed-use building. It is situated in industrial area of Slavkov u Brna and is intended for employees of this area. In the underground floor is situated collective garage for 18 personal automobiles. First floor is designed for retail sale. Specifically general store, boutique and cafe. In the second and third floor are accommodation units for area employees. Specifically 12 accommodation units. Building has a flat roof with asphalt strip coating. The load-bearing system of the building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton, THERM-type bricks are used for the construction while thermal comfort is achieved by a certified external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) featuring façade polystyrene. There is parking space area in front of the building.
Kostka leisure centre
Křenková, Romana ; Jelínková, Barbora (referee) ; Jelínek, Petr (advisor)
The topic of this thesis is a new school facility of Leisure time center Kostka. The Leisure time center is a deteched two-sotrey building on mildly sloping land. The building is basementless. The Leisure time center is located next to the kindergarten and elementary school. The layout includes a building of 11 classrooms and is designed for 163 children. Perimeter, internal bearing and non-bearing walls are designed from brick blocks. Ceilings are made by using prestressed ceiling panels. The building is roofed by a single-flat roof and walkable intensive green roof.
Apartment building
Vopálenský, Lukáš ; Jelínek, Petr (referee) ; Struhala, Karel (advisor)
The aim of the Bachelor’s thesis is the project of apartement building with outdoor parking in Humpolec, U Sokolovny street on plot no. 426/13. The plot is slightly sloping. The apartement building is not a basement and has six above-ground floors. The building has twenty dwelling units. The supporting perimeter wall of the above-ground part of the project consists of ceramic blocks Porotherm. All building is insulated with ETICS contact insulation system. Floor structure is made from reinforced concrete slab. The roof is hipped with dormers and burnt roofing. The outdoor parking consists of twenty seven parking spaces, two of which are barrier-free for people with reduced mobility.
Mixed-use building
Volková, Markéta ; Jelínková, Barbora (referee) ; Jelínek, Petr (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is the development of a project documentation of a mixed-use building situated in Kroměříž. The building has four above-ground floors and a basement. In the basement there are cellars, a workshop, a warehouse, a technical room and an underground garage. On the first floor there are shops, café with the capacity of twenty people and a pharmacy. There are also two handicap accessible apartments. The second to fourth floors are made out of residential units of which there are eight. The roof structure is designed as a warm flat green roof or terrace. The external and internal vertical structures are made out of Heluz ceramic pieces. Horizontal structures are made out of reinforced concrete.
Optimalization of Technological Properties of Cement Sand Mixtures
Burianová, Klára ; Jelínek, Petr (referee) ; Tegel, Michal (referee) ; Rusín, Karel (advisor)
The work deals with optimization of the technological properties of cement-sand mixtures. The main objective is to find the correct mixture of the individual components which contribute to the rapid solidification of the mixture, hence shorter dismantling. The content is also of a method of measuring and recording during the plasticity of the mixture. Also assessment of the velocity of hydration heat cement mixture in the initial stage of the solidification process in the course of the strength properties of the mixture. To assess these phenomena was used calorimetric method used for measuring hydration heat cement mixture. Further measurements plasticity mixtures and mechanical and physical methods for measuring the compressive strength with the help of a measuring instrument LRU-D.
RESEARCH OF HEAVY CASTING METALLURGICAL DEFECTS
Čech, Jan ; Elbel, Tomáš (referee) ; Jelínek, Petr (referee) ; Šenberger, Jaroslav (advisor)
A massive castings defects are examined in this doctoral thesis, specialise in steels passing through peritectic transformation. There are typical types of defects at massive steel castings, as contrasted to „ordinary“ internal and surface ones. For massive steel castings are typical defects under feeders like conchoidal fractures, segregations, microporesities, reoxidation products. Combination of Al and Zr is an ordinary final deoxidation of EOP and LF steel for castings in ŽĎAS a.s. foundry. The aim of Al + Zr combination was to both deep deoxidation by Al (decrease of bubbles risk) and denitrification by Zr (decrease of conchoidal fractures). This theses refute premission mentioned above and verified persisting risk of defects under massive feeders, even though Al + Zr deoxidation is used. A final deoxidation by increased amount of Al was examinated, in combination with other deoxidation agents. Castings had 11 [cm] maximal modulus, and occurence of conchoidal fracture, reoxidation products and primary austenite grain size was evaluated. A selected optimal final deoxidations (Al, Al+Ti, Al+Zr) as a result from experiment described above, were evaluated on castings with 15 [cm] maximal modulus. The result of experiment is, that is not possible to repeatedly produce massive steel casting using EOP metallurgical equipment without defects under feeders, despite of deoxidation and pouring temperature optimalization. The defect indications look like conchoidal fracture, but there are microporesity and impurities instead. Finally, castings with maximal modulus 15 [cm] were produced using so called secondary metallurgy (LF, VD). Secondary metallurgy allowed to both significant decrease of sulfur and degassing of melted metal. Only this metallurgical procedure guarantees production of heavy steel castings without typical defects under massive feeders
Wellness hotel
Bambas, Vratislav ; Jelínek, Petr (referee) ; Petříček, Tomáš (advisor)
Newly built Wellness hotel. The building is partially basement. The building has three parts. The central part is made of reinforced concrete skeleton and has five aboveground floors. This part serves as the main entrance hall and staircase. The side tracts have four aboveground floors and their support system is a transverse wall, brick, from the system Porotherm. In the basement there is a swimming pool and hotel facilities. There is located a restaurant too. On the second floor there are rooms, a gym and services. On the top floor there are only hotel rooms. The building is based on thecontinous footings. Roofing is made arched trusses.
Family house in passive standard
Svoboda, David ; Jelínek, Petr (referee) ; Sedlák, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis on a topic “The family house of standard passive” deals with the design of the house for family housing in accordance with applicable legislation. The house is designed in the Highlands on the edge of developing area Račerovice. The cellarless two-storey building is made of brick. The roof is according to local regulative plan made up of saddle-shaped truss system. The passive character of the house requires large glass areas on the south facade of the house and high-quality thermal insulation of the building envelope with minimal losses. The house is associated with a brick garage with a shed-roof.
