Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals for Improvements

The aim of this bachelor thesis will be to use selected methods of financial analysis to evaluate the current level of the financial situation of the company for the period between 2016-2019. This work examines, estimates, and evaluates the current financial health of the company, strengths, and weaknesses, and based on the data and data proposed measures to improve the financial situation in the company In the theoretical part of this diploma thesis, data, procedures, and the overall theoretical approach to financial analysis will be clarified and approached. In the second, practical part, the work is devoted to a specific company, in this case, Pohankový mlýn Šmajstrla s.r.o and based on accounting documents and financial analysis procedures of this company, there will be an assessment of the current financial situation of the company, its strengths, and weaknesses. At the end of this work will be presented own proposals to improve the financial health and situation of the company.

Software Support of Enterprise Processes

The subject of this thesis is primarily design methodology for planning and traffic management. It is based on the real needs of company CAD Blansko and analyzing company processes and capture their support in the corporate ERP system. Next pat is detailed analysis focusing on dispatching of passenger transport. Based on the findings and conclusions of this section are outlined deficiencies, especially the need for a methodology for resource planning and specifications of that methology. To which is directly connected with the extensive design of the required design methodology and its software support, change is taken into account current business processes. It is also recommended procedure of the implementation methodology using appropriate project management tools. The final part is testing of methodology.

The Information System Development for the Protected Workshop

The object of this labor is to analyze of business processes and design an information system for support the cleaning services in sheltered workshops by Service Company s.r.o The result of this detailed analysis is the necessary basic for the design of an information system which respects the current model of the existing operations and also removes some of the shortcomings. Executed proposal also specifies the user access to the information system. Proposal defines the functions of modules, relationships and access to data. The proposal also specifies for all data flow and data warehouses. In the final stage is made a proposal of next action.

Scattering of Sun Radiation on Microparticles in a Closed Environment of Water Bath

This thesis deals with an alternative technology used to illuminate spaces without access to daylight. Technology uses primarily scattering and also reflection and refraction of sunlight in the optical environment of the PET bottles with water and microparticles. The base of technology consists of a plastic bottle filled with water with microparticles and positioned so that it vertically penetrates the roof interior. The effect of scattering of sunlight in the bottle is amplified by using a suitable material of the microparticles.
Review of literature deals with areas that the technology is primarily designed for and the current state of expansion. The principle of technology and factors affecting its efficiency are explained.
The aim of the experiment was limited testing and selection of suitable material of microparticles and their concentration for the possibility of practical use within the technology described. Several measurements were performed of the intensity ratio of incident and scattered light using selected materials of microparticles of various concentrations. Based on the obtained values and their comparison a solution containing 0.5 g of limestone into 1.5 l of water was selected as the most suitable optical environment for the solution.
