Detekce a identifikace patogenu konopí setého (Cannabis sativa)
Jarošová, Natálie
The aim of this work was the detection and identification of Hop Latent Viroid in plants of Cannabis sativa. This Viroid, which may not have any symptoms on plants, as the name suggests. One of the few detection options is based on the principle of the polymerase chain reaction - PCR. Using the chloroform-phenol reaction, it was possible to isolate RNA of the Viroid, which was used as a template for cDNA and subsequently multiplied by the PCR method. After successful PCR, the samples were applied to an agarose gel and evaluated by comparison with a size marker. For subsequent testing of the pathogen detection and identification protocol, positive samples from Genetia BioSciences were added, and for testing real samples from the genotype collection from the Department of Plant Biology, plants with the presence and absence of Hop Latent Viroid were identified.

Jarošová, Natálie ; Kotrusová, Miriam (advisor) ; Kotíková, Jaromíra (referee)

I examined what recommendations and measures have been implemented in this area at EU level and in which documents they were involved. After analyzing the European steps I studied the situation in the Czech Republic, as an example of an EU Member State. I looked for, what measures have been taken to promote employment and eliminate unemployment. I also watched how the Czech measures were linked to European steps. When writing, I progressed according to analysis of the documents described in book about qualitative research methods written by Hendl. First, I defined the research questions, and then I defined what I consider as a document. When I have found a certain amount of documents I chose those that were relevant to my theme until I came to the default number of documents useful for my work. After analyzing the documents I have come to the fact that all actions of Member States are in line with priorities defined at EU level. Therefore, all measures to promote employment, which were realised in the Czech Republic and other Member States, followed the steps taken at EU level. In the solutions to employment problems arising due to the negative effects of the economic crisis was a major priority to take...
