In the theoretical part I dealt with historical developement and psychosomatic conceptions, explenation of causes and symptoms of the psychosomatic disorders. The next part is dedicated to themes, which comprise the basis of psychosomatic approach - the relationship between a medic and a pacient, diagnostics and types of healing of these disorders. In the end I focused on specifics of the job of general nurse in the surgery and her contribution during application of psychosomatic approach. The focus of this bachelor thesis is quantitativ research performed by means of questionnare investigation of two groups of patients - patiens of practicioner without psychosomatic education and patients of psychosomaticaly educated practicioner.
