My thesis describes an analysis of the current state of the company and subsequent proposals to improve the system, which should bring to the company to improve work efficiency. The suggestions for improvement themselves are based on analyzes of the current situation.

The bachelor thesis "Can obesity be a natural consequence of human evolution?" with the subtitle "Comparison of hypotheses about the evolutionary causes of obesity. " Is a thesis that deals with a hypothetical analysis which attempts to explain the high prevalence of obesity in terms of an evolutionary relationship between environmental factors and the environment, including an emphasis on retrospective disciplines and current knowledge of biomedicine. The main focus of the thesis is to evaluate the hypotheses' arguments, to compare them and to establish the grounds for the author`s opinion on these theories. The presentation focuses on a hypothesis that explains obesity as an adaptation of metabolic energy conservation, such as behavioral adaptation, while briefly analyzing the theory of the non-adaptive origin of obesity. In conclusion, the thesis presents the most probable hypothesis for the causes of evolution, which could be the answer to the final question of this work: Can obesity be a natural consequence of evolution? The key question of this bachelor thesis cannot be answered definitely, because it is almost impossible to solve this problem with a single hypothesis that would explain the whole development of obesity. The development of the conception of marriage in the documents of the Catholic Church with focus on Gaudium et Spes and the Synod of Bishops 2015

This thesis concerns with the Church doctrine of marriage and family. Chapter 1 includes a small outline of the historical development since the beginning of the existence of the Church until the Second Vatican Council. Chapter 2 introduces the Second Vatican Council´s Constitution Gaudium et Spec. Chapter 3 reflects the impact of the Constitution Gaudium et Spec and the new themes in the Church doctrine about marriage. Chapter 4 summarizes the results of the Synods in 2014 and 2015 while Chapter 5 provides an analysis of the Apostolic exhortation about love in family Amoris Laeticia written by the Pope Franciscus. The aim of this work is to describe the changes in the approach of the Catholic Church to the institution of marriage.

Czechoslovak Immigrants in France, 1918-1940. The Mother Land's Attitude to the Expatriates.

The topic of this diploma thesis is the analysis of attention paid and care given by Czechoslovakia to its compatriots in France during the time period between World Wars 1 and 2. First four chapters are dedicated to the background of later research into the subject. These chapters gradually outline the situation concerning Czech and Slovak emigrants in France, the structure and development of Czechoslovak compatriot associations in France, summary of Czechoslovak government institutions as well as private organizations providing care for Czechoslovak compatriots abroad, followed by an outline of emigrant congresses where the migrants presented their needs and the associated effort to raise awareness about the lives of emigrants in their homeland. Principal merit of this thesis is in its actual research into the attitude of Czechoslovakia towards its compatriots from social, cultural and religious viewpoints, partially even from the economic standpoint but this sector is mostly interwoven into other chapters. Czechoslovak-US Relations during the 20th Years of the 20th Century

The aim of this thesis is to examine the foreign relations between Czechoslovakia and the United States of America during the second decade of the twentieth century. Particular attention is focused on the Czechoslovak effort to build a close relationship with the United States, an endeavor which resulted from the previous generous support, as many contemporaries believed, the United States provided to the Czechoslovak movement for independency during the World War I. The major objective of this study is thus to present evidence that Czechoslovak diplomacy intentionally pursued the vision of a stronger, above average bond with the United States. Furthermore, it attempts to assess to which extent was the Czechoslovak policy successful and which limitations it had to face. In this effort, the thesis mainly draws on extensive study of the archive materials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Roosevelt's Man in the Truman's Era: Henry A. Wallace and his Stances on the United States Foreign Policy in the 1940s and 1950s

This thesis is dedicated to the rupture between Henry A. Wallace and Truman's administration during the forties of the twentieth century, that is mainly to the Wallace's disagreement with the Democratic Party regarding U. S.-Soviet relations. Disapproval of the former Roosevelt's vicepresident with the official standing of the American foreign policy ultimately lead to his presidency candidacy in 1948 and to the creation of protest Progressive Party, which was supposed to shield this candidacy. The purpose of the thesis was to ascertain to what degree these events had been formed by the commencing Cold War and on the contrary which role was played by Wallace and his followers. In the thesis, I analyzed Wallace's shift in opinion towards Soviet Union, determinants of his viewpoint and direct causes of his leave from Democratic Party. I devoted to the circumstances leading to creation of the Progressive Party, its structure and the role of communists in this process. The core theme is presidential campaign in 1948 and analysis of the reasons behind Wallace's defeat; one chapter is devoted to the reflection of this campaign in the forming Eastern Bloc, including its propaganda employment in the communist media press. Security Policy in Europe from the Czechoslovak Point of View, 1924-1925

This bachelor thesis deals with the development and analyses security policy in Europe in the years 1924 - 1925 afterwards and its reflection in Czechoslovakia. The author primarily focus on contemporary acceptance of the results of the conference in Locarno. During the research, which has the ambition to contribute to the current stage of research of the issue, I have used both editions of sources and archive materials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. The aim is not only to chart a reflection of the Locarno treaty system in Czechoslovakia, but also to evaluate the implications of this change in the European security architecture to foreign policy and security status of Czechoslovakia. The service of sacraments in Svatá Hora in Příbram

The bachelor thesis titled "The sacramental service in the Holy Mount near Příbram" collects and evaluates the information about where the applicants for three of the sacraments (baptism, confirmation, marriage) have come from in the last twenty-year period as well as the conditions required for celebrating the sacraments. The subject is treated by the method of study of basic and specific documents and by reasearch. The theoretical part provides the general information about the Holy Mount, the congregation of the Redemptorits, about the other catholic parishes in Příbram and some general information about the three sacraments. The results of the practical part are demonstrated as responses to the three predetermined questions: What are the main features of the Holy Mount as an important pilgrimage place and as a parish? Where do the applicants for the sacraments come from? What are the conditions required for celebrating sacraments in the Holy Mount? The statistical dates are gathered in the charts. The conclusion evaluates the results of the research and gives responses to the questions mentioned above.

German-American Relations in the Era of the Chancellor Ludwig Erhard

The dissertation deals with relations of the Federal Republic of Germany and the United States in the era of Chancellor Ludwig Erhard. At that time, Erhard's partner on the American side was President Lyndon Baines Johnson. Therefore, the subject of my research were the ups and downs through which the relationship between Bonn and Washington went from 1963 to 1966. Both countries were bonded within the Western bloc with solid friendship, but in the given period they ran into a few points of friction that hindered their cooperation. The first issue that was causing tension were the Multilateral Forces (MLF). Although both countries were among the biggest supporters of the MLF, Johnson understood earlier than Chancellor Erhard that this project represented a blind alley. On the diplomatic contacts between the two countries it was evident that the Germans were heading to a certain isolation because of their pressure to implement the MLF. During 1965, Johnson and his administration chose to prefer the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) to the MLF, but for the Germans it was more difficult to absorb this change of priorities.
