Ekologická charakteristika organozemí a možnosti využití rašelin v oblasti vybraných ložisek Třeboňské pánve a Krušných hor
Janoušek, Josef
In the introduction part the dissertation is concerned with the state of peat harvesting in The Czech Republic and ecological characteristics of representative peat bogs in the Trebon area and Krusne Hory. The part methodology is based on selection of areas of research, description of initial and final state and establishing research areas in devastate areas of Krusne Hory. An important component of methodology was definition and development of substrate for re cultivation and monitoring of influence of applied substrate on the soil and seedlings. Experimental substrates were developed and manufactured in Raselina a.s. company. These substrates were applied together with experimental seedlings of Picea abies (L.) Karsten in research locations. Data were gain continuously for formulation of results, which were evaluated in graphs and statistics. From results follow that addition of well chosen organic matter on the base of peat or compost in the area of planting hole within planting of Picea abies (L.) Karsten and following application of substrate near to the trunk, in next years, can significantly optimized nutrition in the stand and ensure higher growth in first years, which are key for successful growth. The best results from the point of optimal nutrition in period of three years were achieved in the substrate EXPM2, which was formulated by compost and peat. The best growth between 2012 and 2014 occurred in substrate EXPM 1, which was made from peat and fertilizer Silvamix R with stimulator. Finally we can state that for complete dealing with this topic, and statements with more general validity, we would need more data from longer period, which exceeded possibilities of these theses.
CPX Device Integrator
Janoušek, Josef ; Holan, Tomáš (advisor) ; Pergel, Martin (referee)
The thesis studies possibilities of communication among programs (that process measured quantities) and measuring devices used for testing of patients in an exercise lab. The existing technique is based on direct interconnection of concrete pair of device and program, which makes parallel connection of more devices and programs impossible. So the goal was to create the integration tool which all devices can connect to. His job is to manage and process a communication among devices during the measurement. The program attendant can easily set the form of interconnection which allows creating various examination scenarios. The program will be prepared for integration of devices from various manufacturers. As a result it contributes to simplification and efficiency improvement of examination technique of diagnostics of patients in an exercise lab. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Sixtová, Veronika ; Janoušek, Josef (referee) ; Dvořák, Jiří (advisor)
The objective of this project is to analyse the automotive market and the communications channels used for marketing e-communication. This report contains recommendations to strengthen all e-communication marketing tools used to support brand visibility, customer loyalty and sales opportunities for one of the client’s of the direct-marketing agency Wunderman FORD MOTOR COMPANY, s.r.o.
Population biology of the pine needle pathogen Lecanosticta acicola (Thüm.) Syd. (Capnodiales, Ascomycota)
Janoušek, Josef
Lecanosticta acicola is a heterothallic ascomycete that causes brown spot needle blight (BSNB) on native and non-native Pinus spp. in many regions of the world. The aim of this thesis was to elucidate the origin of L. acicola populations in Europe and consider the reproductive mode of the pathogen in affected areas. In order to study the population genetics of L. acicola, eleven polymorphic microsatellite markers were developed. In addition, mating type markers that amplify both mating type idiomorphs (MAT1-1 and MAT1-2) were designed and the protocols for their applications were optimised. Collections of diseased material were obtained from 17 host species in Asia, Europe and America. In total, 201 isolates from diseased pine needles were obtained. All isolates were screened with the microsatellite markers and the mating type idiomorph determined with the mating type markers. For 87 individuals, part of the Translation Elongation Factor 1-alfa gene was sequenced. The isolates from Central America were unique, highly diverse and most likely represent a new cryptic species. The isolates from East Asia formed a discrete group. Two distinct populations were identified in both North America and Europe. Approximate Bayesian Computation analyses strongly suggest independent introductions of two populations from North America into Europe. Microsatellite data and mating type distributions showed the presence of sexual reproduction in North America and in Europe. Results from this thesis have showed that European populations of L. acicola originate from North America. This is the first study of L. acicola populations on a global scale.
Export and Marketing Strategy Analysis in Brewing Industry on the Concrete Example
Vyhnalová, Pavla ; Halík, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Janoušek, Josef (referee)
The first chapters of the thesis describe the Czech beer market, beer consumption in the Czech Republic and current trends. It also describes world export and the Czech beer export and assesses the Czech production situation on a worldwide basis. In the practical part I am attending to Pivovar Nymburk, it's history, production and range of products. In the other chapters I am describing competitors in the Czech industry and the situation in German beer industry as a market where Pivovar Nymburk exports the most of the beer. The fifth chapter describes objectives and positioning of the brewery, includes SWOT analysis and BCG matrix for a detail describtion of the portfolio. The chapter six describes export strategy, export markets and the way how the brewery enters foreign markets. The next chapters contain some of the marketing mix policies. The final chapter includes recommendations for the brewery's activities in the future.
