Awareness of Teplice Grammar school students about domestic violence in the family and its influence on the development of the child
Janáčová, Monika ; Havránková, Olga (advisor) ; Vodáčková, Daniela (referee)
This work deals with a serious pathological phenomenon, which is domestic violence. The main focus is on children who grow up in such an unfavorable environment and at the same time become witnesses of domestic violence or direct victims. In this work I focus on the variant when the perpetrator becomes a father and and the victim is mother or child. My work deals mainly with the impacts of this issue on mental and physical health, family relationships and problems that may arise in the future life of the child. The aim of this work is to summarize the knowledge of domestic violence, to define what actually falls under that concept, to characterize the personality of the victim and the aggressor and to describe the forms, causes, consequences and risk factors of domestic violence.
