Treehouse Construction Systems and Methods
Jakůbek, Jonáš
The trend of building treehouses is emerging in the Czech Republic as well as other European countries. This paper contains information about the author’s present background research of this phenomenon. The study aims to map the present state of practical realizations, their construction systems and methods, as well as the scientific state of art. Furthermore, the established systems and methods will be tested and assessed based on their utility in the Czech environment.
Information System Assessment and Proposal for ICT Modification
Jakúbek, Jakub ; Čebeková, Alexandra (referee) ; Klusák, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of the information system of company Miškech, s.r.o., which provides complex solutions for building construction. The first part is dedicated to the theoretical basiss and clarified fundamental concepts in the information system field. The secod part of this thesis is focused on the analysis of the company´s information system. At the end, potential changes and measures, leading to an improvement of the current state of the IS/IT, are suggested.
Information System Assessment and Proposal for ICT Modification
Jakúbek, Jakub ; Luhan, Jan (referee) ; Klusák, Aleš (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to describe and analyze the information system of the company, which deals with the processing and sale of metallurgical material. Various analyzes will be used to evaluate the individual parts of the system, on the basis of which proposals for changes and measures, which should lead to better overall efficiency of processes, will be created in the final part.
Implementation of Roof Construction at Koliště 47
Jakubek, Jan ; Doubek, Rostislav (referee) ; Nečasová, Barbora (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the realization of the roofing of the building Koliště 47. This building is located in the centre of Brno. The thesis deals with the solution of the truss system with a strip dormer and partly truss construction. Furthermore, the roofing made of folded aluminium sheet. The contents include a technical report, broader relations of transport routes, technological regulations, the solution of the site equipment, the design of the machine assembly, inspection and test plan, work safety for the specified technological stage and itemized budget.

Energy sensitive X-ray radiography for the non-destructive inspection of historical paintings

The technical composition of painted artworks is usually very complex and they belong to the most sophisticated cultural heritage artefacts. In the field of their inspection there is a rising demand for the non-destructive imaging and analytical methods which are able to reveal the inner composition of investigated objects. Several non-invasive methods based on the interaction of ionizing radiation with the matter have been successfully utilized during the last decades. These methods can be divided into two main groups. The better known are transmission methods (e.g. classical X-ray radiography) the less-used are emission methods (e.g. X-ray fluorescence imaging). The quality of the obtained image is highly dependent on the imaging characteristics of the used detector. The presently used ones (CCD cameras and CMOS sensors) create the image from analogue signal by the charge integration. This image is usually degraded by the presence of noise. This complication is exceeded by novel pixel detectors of Medipix family based on single particle digital counting. Furthermore these devices offer very high contrast (in principle unlimited) in the obtained image. The image can be acquired with spatial resolution better than one micrometer. Another advantage of these detectors is their ability to directly measure the energy of incident particles. This feature can be used for energy sensitive X-ray radiography (i.e. multi-channel images) and X-ray fluorescence mapping of the surface elemental composition. For the purposes of this work the laboratory ALMA in Prague prepared several multilayer samples of paints using different pigments. The results of mentioned methods applied on the test samples are summarized in this article. The first goal of these measurements is to build a comprehensive methodology for the application of these procedures in the laboratory.
Mikro radiografické měření rozvoje materiálového poškození
Vavřík, Daniel ; Jakůbek, J.
Studies concerning the functionality and integrity of the loaded materials require information about crack tip evolution. The X-ray Dynamic Defectoscopy (XRDD) has spatial resolution of the micrometric scale thanks to usage of microspot X-ray source, high resolution detector system and advanced processing of radiographic data.
Mikroradiografické pozorování pole napětí v blízkosti čela trhliny
Vavřík, Daniel ; Jandejsek, Ivan ; Jakůbek, J. ; Jakůbek, M. ; Holý, T.
Studies concerning ductile fracture mechanics require information about strain field in vicinity of the crack tip. Although it is a quite common problem new challenges occur when we are interested in strain field in micrometric scale, especially in the situation of mixed plane stress-strain mode in vicinity of the crack tip. Micro-radiographically visible structures of alloys or composites can be utilized as markers for such measurement using method of Digital Image Correlation.
