The dissertation thesis deals with jurisdictional conflicts in private international law (procedural), by positive conflicts when two or more courts of different states consider that they are competent to hear and decide on case of litigation, and by negative conflicts of jurisdiction when all courts consider, on the contrary, that they are not competent to decide. Jurisdictional conflicts are examined in terms of international divorce of marriage, in this thesis. We deal with their causes, consequences and possible solutions at national, EU and international level.

Psychological changes in women's postnatal period and their effect on care about a child

Objective: The aim of the research section is to map the awareness and professional approach of non-medical healthcare workers to mothers who have experienced psychological changes after childbirth. The first objective was to determine the knowledge of non-medical healthcare workers in the area of mental changes in mothers. The second objective concerned the professional experience of the interviewed mothers with psychological changes. The third objective was to map out the professional approach to these mothers. The ultimate goal was to focus on the professional experience of non-medical psychiatrists in the care of children. The way of achieving the objective: For research, we have chosen a qualitative research strategy. We used the data collection method using a semi-structured interview. The interviews provided were recorded on the dictaphone, overwritten, and the pencil and paper coding techniques were organized into categories. 4 categories were interviewed with psychiatric nurses, 5 categories were interviewed with midwives interviews and 5 interviews with nurses. The selection of respondents was intentional. The research was conducted in two health facilities between February and March 2018. We were given 15 interviews in total. The knowledges gained and their conclusions: Research has shown that knowledge, along with the professional approach of the nurses surveyed, is sufficient to be able to detect the onset of postpartum depression or other mental disorders. Certain uncertainty was expressed by nurses in the field of access to mothers. More seminars on psychological change in mothers after delivery would be appreciated. Scientific benefits: The paper maps the knowledge of non-medical healthcare professionals and areas that should be improved in practice. This is an area of communication and work with mothers with psychic changes. The work can be used in the field of neonatology and psychiatry.
The need to sleep with nurses

Thesis deals with the need for sleep among nurses. It consists of two parts: theoretical and research. In the theoretical part I concentrate on physiology, classification and definition needs to sleep alone hierarchy of needs and the importance of sleep. I also deal with effects of sleep on bodily functions, factors affecting sleep, sleep duration among different age groups and a separate chapter with an overview of sleep disorders. On chapter fault I focused a little more detail because of the connection with the empirical part where I evaluated the most frequent disorder occurring in nurses in practice, the recommended solution physician or sleep duration required for sufficient rest. One chapter consists of recommendations in the form of sleep hygiene, which can lead to improved sleep habits. The empirical part consists of a quantitative research study conducted using pre-printed anonymous questionnaires. My research group consisted of single-shift nurses and multi-shift orthopedic, internal, surgical and pediatric ward of the hospital in Jablonec nad Nisou. Of the 120 questionnaires distributed, was eventually used to my job 104. Implementation of the survey took place from February 2015.
