The subject of this thesis was to design an ideal workspace for designers and the output of one atypical element , its construction and material costs . For interior design was needed to familiarize itself with the problems of space to work and do your research with several designers. Based on these interviews, it was necessary to design the interior of the correct traceability of individual working zones. With regard to the needs of designers , I propose atypical plastic table designed for drawing design proposals.

Historical development of cross-border cooperation: example Euroregion Šumava

The thesis deals with the historical development of cross-border cooperation in the Euroregion Šumava which is the Czech part of the Czech-German and the Czech-Austrian border defined as Euroregion Šumava/ Bayerischer Wald - Unterer Inn/ Mühlviertel. The main objective is to find out how joint cross- border cooperation has changed from the initial idea of joint cross-border cooperation through the establishment of the Euroregion Šumava to the present. Another objective is to identify regional differences in the development of cross-border cooperation from the perspective of three model areas that have different scale levels. The overall aim is to identify changes in the evolution of cross-border cooperation and an attempt to explain the causes of possible variabilities. The thesis is based on quantitative research in the form of cross-border analysis of completed projects and qualitative research based on structured interviews with selected respondents. A prerequisite of this thesis is both the shift from cross-border cooperation "bottom up" to "top down" and the subsequent interconnection of both forms. It is further assumed considerable regional differentiation. Both assumptions were confirmed through mutual reporting periods as well as comparison of model municipalities. Theoretical and Practical Aspects of FX Management in a Mid-sized Company

This thesis concerns with problematic of FX risk management in a mid-sized export-oriented company. The theoretic part of the paper explains fundamental and origin of FX risk and summarizes process of its management with emphasis on specifics of mid-sized companies. Further, selected hedging techniques and instruments are introduced. With employment of available statistics and analysis, main advantages and disadvantages of hedging are demonstrated. For practical application of theory presented, real data from mid-sized company are used. After analyzing financial and accounting statements, concrete risks arising from exchange rate volatility are identified. Finally, concrete recommendations for the management are offered, which could lead to lowering FX exposure and reducing impact of changes in exchange rates on economy of the firm.

ANALÝZA PŘÍLEŽITOSTÍ A RIZIK RUSKÉHO TRHU

Práce analyzuje příležitosti a rizika, která pro české exportéry představuje ruský trh, a perspektivy českého exportu v tomto teritoriu. V první části charakterizuje základní makroekonomické aspekty ruské ekonomiky a její vývoj podle jednotlivých odvětví ekonomických činností. Dále ukazuje vývoj platební bilance s důrazem na vzájemnou obchodní bilanci s ČR. Tato část práce vytváří informační základnu pro následný popis vybraných příležitostí a rizik. Jedná se konkrétně o růst ruské ekonomiky a zlepšený stav veřejných financí, průběh procesu strukturálních reforem, liberalizaci zahraničního obchodu a harmonizaci legislativy podle požadavků WTO v souvislosti s přípravou na vstup do této organizace, vysokou míru státních zásahů do ekonomiky a administrativní překážky v zahraničně obchodních operacích.
