Pastoral care in field nursing service The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of pastoral care in the field nursing service with a focus on the elderly and the people who care for them. The aim of this work is to find out how pastoral care should be applied in the best possible way for clients using field nursing services and for people who care for them, based on the study of available literature and other sources and experience from pastoral practice. The aim is to analyze the current practice and look for ways to improve it, taking into account the available literature. The theoretical part first deals with aging and old age in the context of home care for the elderly, in which the family and other caregivers, for example workers in the field care service, play a vital role. Subsequently, the theoretical part is focused on the spiritual aspects of pastoral care and on pastoral care in field nursing service. In the practical part, the method of applying pastoral care in the Crusaders Care Service is described. The text contains concrete examples from the practice of pastoral care. The knowledge presented in the conclusion of the bachelor's thesis resulted from a comparison the studied literature with the current practice of pastoral care in the Crusaders Care Service.
