Klement, Petr ; Husák, Michal (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
The work deals with the design, simulation and construction of a single-purpose machine. The design is to deal with the robotic operation of the coffee machine. The aim of this work is to get acquainted with the design software Siemens NX and its extension packages and with the program Process Simulate, where the designed single-purpose machine dealing with robotic operation of the coffee machine will be designed, simulated and then made machine. In this work I managed to model all the necessary parts that I use in machines such as coffee maker, mug, mug holder, mug turntable, gripper, mug stand, control box and handles for locking individual parts in the cell. Everything was arranged in a cell and then the phases of storing the cups in a shelf, making coffee in a cup from a coffee machine and moving to a dispensing window were simulated.

Vhodnou volbou testovacích kmitočtů lze potlačit chyby měření a chyby způsobené výrobními tolerancemi obvodových prvků. Navržené metody pro optimální volbu kmitočtů byly statisticky ověřeny metodou MonteCarlo. Pro zvýšení přesnosti a snížení výpočetní náročnosti poruchové analýzy byly vyvinuty postupy založené na metodě nejmenších čtverců a přibližné symbolické analýze.

Virtual twin for testbed Industry 4.0
Husák, Michal ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
The goal of my master‘s thesis is to create a digital twin of a testbed Barman. The Barman is a school model of autonomous mixed drinks production line that demonstrates the principles of Industry 4.0. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the choice of a suitable tool for virtualization is discussed. The Tecnomatix Process Simulate and the Mechatronic Concept Designer module integrated in the NX platform is compared. The practical part of the work is divided into two phases. The first phase was about looking for a way to integrate the robotic SCARA manipulator. The second phase was focused on the virtualization of the cell Shaker in the latter of the tools mentioned before. This work is designed as a guide for creating and verifying the concept of a digital twin.
Design and implementation of ISA-S88 laboratory model
Husák, Michal ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
Bachelor thesis aims to clarify the control of batch processes, by using standard ANSI/ISA-S88. It implements the standard in the school example project, which will become a part of the laboratory practices in the course Process Control (MAUP). The design of assignment contains valuable tips for successfully finishing a laboratory task. The example protocol documents the program solution, which is also a detailed guide for students. The task is realized on the "Balls" laboratory model, which had to have its hardware innovated and wiring documented. Innovation of the model was done during the semester thesis, for the needs of course Programmable Logic Controllers (BPGA).
Design and virtual simulation of single-purpose machine
Zlámalík, Jan ; Husák, Michal (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
This thesis aim is to design a construction of single-purpose machine that will serve as a coffee machine operator. The theoretical part describes the concept of the machine design and its functions. Then the individual components are selected based on the specified requirements. The practical part describes the machine design and simulation in Siemens NX software with Mechatronics Concept Designer package. A software solution for the ESP32 microcontroller is then developed for the real machine. This software solution is ready to be controlled from a hierarchical higher-level system. The function of the machine is tested using a test application developed for this purpose.
The Sensor Systems Design and Optimization for Energy Harvesting Applications
Žák, Jaromír ; Husák, Miroslav (referee) ; Bajer, Arnošt (referee) ; Hubálek, Jaromír (advisor)
Dissertation thesis is focused on using alternative energy sources called energy harvesting. This thesis offers a solution to problems with autonomous powering of sensor networks if primary power source recovery is impossible. In these cases, energy of the external power (e.g. temperature, light, motion) should be used. Proposed solution should be especially used in the field of medical applications (e.g. cochlear implants, pacemakers, insulin pumps). Long time monitoring of the personal health status is also possible when employing automated sensor systems. In this work, there is state of art review relating to the low power energy sources for an alternative powering of sensor systems. It was observed that existing systems are almost prepared for the implementation of energy harvesting power sources. The energy harvesting power sources have been developed by numerous researcher teams around the world, but there are only a few variants of power management circuits for effective energy gaining, storing and using. This area has a huge potential for the next research. The issues regarding to the distribution of gained energy are solved on the complex level in the thesis. For these purposes, a new simulation model of the whole system (fully implantable artificial cochlea) including its subcircuits was developed in the SPICE environment. It connects independent subcircuits into a single comprehensive model. Using this model, a few novel principles for energy distribution (e.g. Charge Push Through technique) was developed. In the near future, these techniques are also applicable to the design of versatile sensor systems.
Effective Usage of Circuits with Fractional Order in Integrated Circuits
RC žebřík) i prvky s rozprostřenými parametery (např. R-PMOScap, skládající se z nesalicidovaného proužku polykrystalického křemíku nad hradlovým oxidem); je použita pouze technologie typu analogvý CMOS bez dodatečných procesních kroků. Užití obvodů zlomkového řádu bylo demonstrováno realizací několika integrovaných napěťových regulátorů, v nichž obvody zlomkového řádu realizují řízení zlomkového řádu za účelem dosažení silné stejnosměrné regulace a dobré stability regulační smyčky - i bez použití kompenzační nuly nebo příliš vysoké externí kapacity (některé napěťové regulátory dovolují i zatěžovací kapacitou v rozsahu nula až nekonečno).
